They are always on time and great communication with follow up phone calls when I was so stressed about the tick infestation in my house. They take the time to let you know what you need to do to alleviate problem areas and they treat you like family, not just quickly spraying and leaving like other companies I have encountered. This company is very trustworthy and honest and words cannot express how truly grateful and satisfied I am for finding them. I have used Moxie for 2 years and am very happy. I know nothing about exterminating products; but assume that Moxie uses a good quality product - mostly, since I have so few multi-legged visitors (over 4 legs, that is). What really keeps me with Moxie is the Maxie customer service! Field experts like Jon Nazarro (who was at my house today) as well as the office staff are knowledgeable, efficient, and very friendly.

terrible service, very unprofessional, didn't show when they were supposed to and didn't call. Said they needed to seal the house as part of the rat service after they had been coming for 2 months and not catching anything. spent 20 minutes in the attic with a drill, when asked about the gaping openings by the electric panel and by a house beam stated those don't matter. After tech left he called me to state he should have charged me additional 395.00 for sealing the house and if I didn't pay him 200.00 right away he was going to come take it all away. He was rude and threatening. I stated I would make a BBB complaint as what he did was illegal. He called back few minutes later to say it's ok he won't remove anything. Next service date he didn't show up between 10-12 like he was supposed to (this was a recurring problem with them) but called after 5pm to say he was coming by to remove the traps and my service was terminated. They showed up during the service not having traps, not having correct traps, not having bait, 3 times they asked me to supply bait for the traps, said they were going to do several things needed to catch the rats-which they never did. And never caught a rat. My husband and I flushed out a rat from our bush and killed 7 babies that were in there. Needless to say I will never use this company again and neither should you unless you want to throw away your money. If possible I would give them negative stars!

We have been using Eco Valley for quite awhile now for semi-monthly service for general bug spraying around the perimeter of our home. They are very good about courtesy calls before showing up and always ask if we have any concerns and address them promptly if so. Tyler and his crew are awesome and we are proud to remain customers.
