Jonathan was very honest and thorough with inspecting the house. The process after that was very smooth -- the service guys were on time and informative, and the treatment was done within less than 2 hours. Highly recommend!

We had a really bad scorpion problem before starting with Blue Sky, but they were able to get rid of them for us altogether. We have since moved from that house, but we keep using Blue Sky because I know we will remain scorpion free now, and they have been absolutely amazing! They are easy to work with, very friendly, they listen to your needs and they respond immediately, if an issue arises. I’ll never use another company!

I had tried solving my rodent problem on my own for months. Finally I gave in and called out a professional. That professional was still unable to solve my problem and overcharged me to boot. I was at my wits end when I called Urban Desert Pest Control and was taken care of right from the beginning.First I got an appointment scheduled, along with a nice reminder a day before the appointment. Next an inspection was done followed by a list of options and no pressure to choose any of them. Last they did and charged exactly as described. All appointments were on time and everything was clearly communicated. Very happy with everything.

They always call to tell me the day they are coming , then text so I have time to put up my pups. All I know is I have no bugs in my house and none crawling outside.

We had a great experience having Alex out to survey our home and treat it for all sorts of creepy crawlers. We’d had issues with crickets, scorpions, spiders, roaches etc.

After the first treatment (daytime photo) we already saw the effects it had. Alex was kind enough to give us a black light to scout for scorpions should they return.

Upon finding a batch of scorpions still in our palms, Alex was quick to return and remedy the issue. Black light photo shows the scorpions found dead after he came and retreated the palm trees.

Besides the physical service, Alex’s professionalism and hospitality was splendid. Anytime you welcome someone into your home, you can feel sort of uneasy, that’s not how we felt with Alex. He was courteous and did a great job explaining the process and actually took interest in our personal lives. It was obvious this was more than just a pay check for him.

We will continue to trust Alex with the protection and service of our home.

I had Insectek come to my previous condo in North Phoenix, and now my current house in the East Valley. I had a very bad scorpion problem before and even after moving into our new home, and Insectek was great with helping me diminish the problem. The technicians are friendly and very knowledgeable. I love the added touch that they wear shoe covers while they spray inside the house- very thoughtful! Kyle has been our technician for the past year now and he's awesome; he always asks if I've seen any scorpions since the last spray and is full of helpful advice. The phone representatives are also very friendly and accommodating to your schedule. The rates are reasonable and it's very easy to switch between monthly and every other month services during the off-season. Great business and great service overall. I am a loyal and happy customer!

The techs....ANDREW and NICK were excellent--- very very helpful and knowledgeable as well as went out of there way 2 be sure the holes were covered so the BIRDS didnt get back in the attic and helped with the bait/rodent boxes we needed refilled....March 22nd 2023...was the date of service ....and we will be setting up spray service 4 the garage once our current guests leave.... please be sure to give these 2 gentlemen extra coodos / high 5'ssss and hopefully a company THANK YOU!!

Our technician, Chris was awesome! He even came back out twice when we found half alive bugs and sprayed to be sure we got them all. I can't thank you enough for helping us rid this house, closets, clothes, etc. of these nasty creatures. With the treatment of the entire house they offer an 18-month warranty that I am not sure anyone else does. They were reasonably priced, considerate and thorough.

I would recommend this company many times over to anyone who needed their services.

12/27/2014 Jordan showed up to do the monthly spray. He was on time, professional and friendly. These guys are really good at what they do.

Tyler approached my door to welcome my family to the neighborhood and offer his services. We did have a misunderstanding as I was unaware that the expectation for the complimentary service was intended to result in a long-term commitment. That aside, Tyler was understanding about the confusion and did not press me further. In regards to the service itself, the team moved swiftly and did seem knowledgeable with their equipment and key areas to be serviced. Given that I am new to the area and hadn't heard of his company prior it wasn't a good time for a long-term agreement. I will consider his services in the future once I become a bit more adjusted to the area as well as determine what type of potential pests this area may bring. Overall, if you are comfortable with a long-term agreement and have a need for such services his prices are more than fair and he appears to take his work seriously.

Seems like quality company. Their marketing company made some mistakes involving my company but Dane got it taken care of.

Anteater is a great service. They are friendly, thorough, and take the time to explain what they are doing and how it will help. I always feel comfortable calling them to help with any creepy crawly needs!

I've used Unitech for many years on my primary home and all of my rental homes. They do great work and are affordable. I highly recommend them!
