The technicians are always professional and trustworthy. They remind you of the appointment the day before, text you before they show up, and always ask if there is anything that they can do. I have often found that they go above and beyond and are transparent and thoughtful when taking care of my home.

I’ve used Western for a few years for regular insect spray. I’ve added termite prevention and they also added bird excursion for those pesky pigeons. I have been using City Wide pest Control for about a year now and I haven’t had a single critter ever in my house. City Wide is very welcoming , punctual and does a great job at keeping my home pest free. Technicians can be a hit or miss sometimes (given the economy at the moment this is normal) - but I am very pleased with with technicians Angel Cooper & Billy . They have by far been the most pleasant technicians to work with. Angel Cooper is very friendly, makes sure to ask & listen to any issues I may be experiencing and thoroughly explained as she completed her walk through. Billy was phenomenal as well , he caught termite issues no other technician mentioned , thoroughly cleaned my garage that was cobweb central and made sure to leave me extra sticky traps in case I needed to change them out In-between monthly service. Both technicians went above and beyond and truly know the value of customer satisfaction!!! Overall pleased with my decision to have city wide as my service provider.

This company was supposed to fog my home and when I called for an estimate of arrival, I was told 1-5p. This time range in addition of vacating my place for 4+ hours was unacceptable and unrealistic with a baby and a dog. We had to cancel our appointment.
