Very quick response, I used the text feature and I was responded to within 15 minutes and exchanged information, this was on a Saturday and I got a very competitive price for a concrete slab pretreatment for a new build. They set it up for the next day on a Sunday, the only company that I found that was willing to do it on a Sunday. Very helpful and informative and I highly recommend them for outstanding customer service and great work.

Very thorough and they are always friendly. We had a huge scorpion problem and after a couple months of using them we saw our problem go way down and over the years the problem is almost gone. Highly recommend them.

The team at Greenway was very knowledgeable and addressed every concern we had from ensuring that their products were safe for our pets but also to the hummingbirds that we enjoy watching from our back porch. Our technician today, Savannah, was very professional, explaining every action she took and even followed her visit up with a detailed text to reiterate what she did and to contact her with any questions or concerns. I am not sure if she is to be our permanent technician but I can guarantee that i will be making that request be known with the main office as soon as possible.

For 14 years I had them out to the house to treat for termites. For 14 years we had termites. They never got rid of them. They treated this house from construction until this spring, when they refused to renew our warrenty, they no longer service our geographical location. We were told by the owner, Kevin Etherridge, to never contact them again. We were also left you feel like the termite problem was our fault. They were out 2 to 3 times a year for 14 years. As soon as we saw the termites we called for service. We now have structural damage. Cory, Jeff, and Paul are not someone you want out to your house. All 3 if them are rude. All 3 talk down to you. The office staff and Lionel are great.

Preventive makes my home safe of active scorpions. I continue to use Preventive because their service works, technicians respect my property and their pricing is great.

We live up at Carefree HWY where it is all pretty much desert scape around you, we have been having very bad scorpion problems lately due to all of the rain that we have been having. When I called Widow Pest, I was put on their schedule very quickly! I rarely write a review, but Azex Pest Solutions did such an amazing job at getting rid of a bad bed bug infestation in an investment property that I purchased recently, so I wanted to share my experience and give them a great recommendation. My local pest control company discovered the bed bug problem and recommended Azex as they specialize in bed bugs. There were also cockroaches, and their heat treatment killed them all. Ron put me at ease immediately on the phone and I could tell that he had the confidence and expertise to guarantee a good outcome for me. Everything that they said they would do they did. I was still concerned a bit because the infestation was so bad, so Ron sent a bug-sniffingdog out a few weeks later and the house was clean. Green Arrow Pest has it all and the guy that came out took his time and made sure everything was in order and also made sure to check everywhere even the places I never even thought to look!!! Paul's Pest has been around longer than most companies in the Valley, and are always prompt to service their warranties! The office staff is extremely responsive and we could not be more happy with their service across multiple properties.

TERRIBLE!!! First they gave me the wrong price, secretary was new was the excuse. Worst customer service when I called to sort out the problem, and when they came to do their service they didn't even do it correctly!! Worst experience with them.

I used this company since I needed an inspection due to refinancing my home. The only complaint that I have is this - the report that I received which was 1 page turned out to be not sufficient enough and now it is holding up my loan process. I explained I needed the inspection for refinancing so the gentleman should have known the correct report to send so I could forward. I had to call another company to come out and expedite the correct report since the current company could not do it for two more weeks.
