I looked at a few different window companies as I have a home that needed 8 new windows. I needed good, solid windows at a reasonable cost. Wow! I got that plus more! From the first visit, the folks at Desert King Windows were awesome! They weren't pushy sales people, they explained their windows features and benefits and I was shocked at how much we got for the price compared to others. They were just installed and we couldn't be happier. They delivered what they promised. The install guys (Nick & his partner) did an amazing job and cleaned up any mess. Window World came in a little less expensive but Craig's presentation and answering all our questions helped make the decision to hire Vision to do our work an easy one. The installation was done in a day and was exactly what was promised at the exact price promised. Would recommend highly.

We had Optum home solutions remove and replace the windows in our home. Their installer’s Drake and Chase were very professional and did a fantastic job.

My friend told me she has this company come to her house and clean her windows. I asked if it was really necessary or worth the expense, and she told me to come by her house and see for myself. I drove to her house and could not believe how great the windows looked. It made her house look like it was 5 years younger. I am definitely calling them to come by and clean my windows. They have never been cleaned and after seeing my friends home, I realize how important keeping them clean is to your home.

Let me say I didn’t use this service. I called because we had purchased some windows ourselves and needed some help with instillation. Instead of just politely telling me they don’t provide that service the girl answering the phone was extremely rude! I will be replacing all my windows next year and will be sure NOT to use this company.

This company is awful and do not provide quality customer service.
