Best Exterior Service in Phoenix AZ

I recently had AZ Foundation Solutions do a stem wall repair and sidewalk mud jack and they did a phenomenal job. In the interest of full disclosure, they give a 2% promotional discount for doing 3 of 4 things: 1) like their facebook page, 2) write a review, 3) leave a sign in your yard, 4) take a picture with their foreman at the end of the job). This review is in response to this promotion, however I honestly believe what I write below.

From start to finish the people I interacted with were extremely professional and thorough. All the appointments were handled by Alexis and this is the first company I've dealt with who sends out documentation and appt reminders by email which is awesome in this modern world! Ryan was the sales rep who did the initial inspection and quote and he was very knowledgeable about construction and explained everything in detail. He took pictures and documented everything with his iphone and kept this for the company records.

On the day of construction, Sarah, the forewoman, called 30 min early and told me she'll be here at 8 am. Unfortunately, she called me again at 8 am and said they'll be 30 min late because the trailer needed to be welded. This was fine with me because I know that stuff happens and at least there was good communication. They showed up right at 8:30 am.

Being an engineer and wanting to learn how they do things, I watched them almost the whole day. Most people would think their work was boring but I found it to be fascinating. Their attention to detail was excellent, from putting down plastic on the street where they mixed the concrete to the craftsmanship of the work. All the slurry waste they generated went back with them to the yard. Nothing was left behind. To top it all off, Sarah even swept the gravel driveway to smooth it out!

This job ran unexpectedly long and Sarah and Alex ended up pulling a 12 hour day to get it done. They were determined to get it done in one day. On a side note, it's refreshing to see a woman in a construction job. She knew what she was doing and did a great job.

Ociel and his team were very responsive and a pleasure to work with. They did a great job on my project and I will definitely be referring them to my friends and family.

I want to give a big shout-out to Kendra! She is very patient, kind, and super helpful! I called about my situation with a bunch of questions, and I was very grateful for the detailed information she shared with me. I really felt she went out of her way to help and cannot thank her enough.

Great to work with. Lua is dependable and professional. The job was done timely and looks great!

Did great work on patio and walkways. Would Recommened and use again

My wife and I own a 53 year old house here in Phoenix and as one can imagine, the driveway, garage and back patio concrete slabs were looking a tad beat up (cracks, gouges, stains, etc.). We decided it was high time to do something before it got too bad and the only option was new concrete. Did a quick Google search and Sun Valley Concrete Coatings caught my eye.

Contacted them and they responded very quickly and within a day or two, Rene was on premise and supplied us with a very reasonable quote to which we quickly agreed to (I normally get three quotes for such a major home project, but I went with my gut that was telling me Rene with Sun Valley is the way to go). They put us down for a three day work schedule a week or so out and BOOM, Rene and his crew were on-site, on-time as expected and got right to it with no messing around (they got ‘er done in two days)!

The results DEFINITELY exceeded our expectations, and we couldn’t be happier with how it rejuvenated our old driveway, garage and back patio whilst significantly improving the overall “curb appeal” of the house (it no doubt has increased the overall value of the property). Rene was very responsive to any questions or concerns that we had, and we had NO COMPLAINTS whatsoever. If you’re looking to preserve and beautify the concrete around your home, based on our experience, my wife and I simply cannot recommend Sun Valley Concrete Coatings enough. These folks KNOW what they’re doing, take great pride in their work and strive to ensure their customers are completely satisfied with the results. Researched our garage floor coating options over at least a year with several companies providing the same service and all points of our analysis regarding quality, value, and previous customer feedback led us to picking American Epoxy Arizona. Until the project is complete there is no guarantee the attributes from our analysis will be realized but with this Company proved to be the leader in their field of business......Thanks American Epoxy Arizona.

We were remodeling our kitchen and had to call a concrete scanning service to locate the post tension cables before we cut the concrete. Safe2core was able to come out right away and did a wonderful job. They clearly marked the cables and even some pipes that we had. From the lady in the office to the technician that came out, everyone was so friendly and helpful. We felt bad that we had to cut the technicians artwork! Definitely would recommend Safe2core when scanning concrete is needed!

Recently worked for this company and it was the absolute WORST experience ever. I've never gotten a paycheck on time, or have been paid the correct amount for that matter, while with this company. I'd have to constantly call every Friday about my pay and figure out why and they would always say the same thing it's an issue with your bank but it's not. My pay stubs would literally be shorted by 15 hours sometimes! And they would still somehow blame my bank? Then once I prove its them, they'd just say well you have to wait till next week, now. Which is completely illegal and against the labor board. I had to threaten them with a civil suit to get my pay at once point. How this business is still running is beyond my opinion. My foreman even had this issue and just stopped saying anything about it because it happened to him so often. If I could give this company 0 stars, I would.

I love this Company...they truly did a wonderful job on my yard and inside my home...they did a Professional job the Price was worth every bit of my tile and backyard look Fabulous... I truly recommend this Company to all my family and friends... I give them 5 stars...

Best of the best! Not only where they on time to core some holes in my block fence but when Jim was done you couldn’t even tell he had been there well except for the 4” dia holes that he did. Amazing keep up the great work!

I had submitted an inquiry online because I am interested in replacing the flooring in my home and have no idea what the cost is, not even generally. It was my hope to have someone give me a ballpark and then come to my home for a quote. Tom Alan responded and left a voicemail. When I called him back he was unprofessional and dismissive and - it seemed - bothered by the call. First impression is critical for any business. Lost sale.
