I have used Handyman Connection multiple times in the last few months. Every time the experience has been great. I have been able to get appointments quickly. Most jobs they can quote you and do the job the same day. Prices are reasonable, especially being mindful that you get what you pay for. A couple of times I tried different installation services with items I ordered online and ended up calling Handyman Connection to come fix the bad install. Likely you will find a tech at handyman connection you prefer - it is easy to request them on future appts/services. My favorite tech is Greg H. He's helped me with everything from installing lighting and outlets to repairing plumbing that another companies technician messed up. They have become my number one trusted expert for all those jobs I just don't want to DIY or need fixed in a pinch! I definitely recommend using Handyman Connection of Phoenix!

I hired Jeremy the Handyman/First Leaf Construction to correct a poorly sized attic opening at my older home. Jeremy did a fantastic job coming out to take a look/discuss options and provided a clear and reliable proposal. The new opening and corresponding door turned out perfect, with absolute high quality. This time, Jeremy and team did an outstanding job fixing my old garage doors, replacing rotten window frame wood and patching areas of stucco for painting prep. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! They came out and put some Christmas lights on the upper story of our house around Thanksgiving. I paid in full and was reassured they would come out the first week of January to take them down which was supposedly included in the original price. After not hearing from them I finally I contacted them and asked when they would be able to take them down and received no concrete date. Two weeks later and still no communication as to when they would take them down. It is now the end of January and I had to hire someone else to get them down. The owner, Steven is unprofessional, dishonest and has no integrity!

Old or new llc has been my go to professional for over 20 years. Recently he redid my kitchen and bath cabinets they are now better than new. The care, the professionalism is stellar.. please enjoy the before and after shots... He is also wonderful on other smaller jobs... he has replaced the garbage disposal & faucet with the same care, concern and professionalism... I trust his work whether it is a complete remodel or a simple replacement part. With Old or new LLC the same care, concern & professionalism for the job is there whether large or small.

This was of the most rude, bizarre phone calls I've ever had with a service company. I had some baseboards that had to be taken out and I'm looking for someone to replace them so the match the rest, so I called this guy.

He was very short with me from the moment he picked up the phone, I explained the situation and he asked if it was an insurance job, as in, one that my insurance company was paying for. i said no, and then he immediately replied with Sorry I'm too busy and hung up on me.

I almost never review companies but after he hung up on me I was stunned, and felt compelled to warn others of someone who based solely on my own impression is trying to overcharge my insurance, and when realized it was an out of pocket sort of thing decided it wasn't worth it. Felt very sheisty to me, and I know that insurance jobs as they call them are highly profitable since those companies tend to over quote on repairs. Anyway, make up your own mind but I won't ever make the mistake of calling this guy again.
