They were here on time and called before they arrived. Their equipment they used was pretty cool and it didn't take them to long. They do good quality work at a good price. I was impressed. And they let me know there are no termites before leaving. That made me feel a lot better too. Good guys. Very professional. Would recommend.

Eric was very nice, and very helpful. I've been having issues setting up auto pay online, and he was able to fix it. He was able to answer all my questions, and followed up on how effective previous treatments have been. He also took care of spraying the outside of an rv which had been up north, clearing out several black widow webs. Thanks Eric!

All of the sudden my house went from 2 cockroaches a year to at least 2 a day. I couldn’t take it anymore. A friend recommended western exterminator. They came out right away and on time. With in days the roaches disappeared, I am so grateful! Also, I don’t have to remember to arrange maintenance appointments, they call me, and show up on time. I really recommend using them.

We've been using Trojan for years and would never consider using anyone else for our pest control needs. They are always professional, on time and provide amazing service. Where we live we should have a pretty bad scorpion problem but the few times per year I do see them in the house they're always dead. When we bought our house we had a huge pigeon problem as well but these guys took care of it with a single visit by putting up the necessary spikes and such. They are great people, so support a local small business, you will not be disappointed!

We used Arizona Exterminators for years and Western Exterminators bought them out.....we had great luck and service from both companies. I would recommend.

As others have said, predatory sales practices to get you locked into a one year contract that has a cancellation fee of a couple hundred dollars. I was told by one of their salesmen that they were offering a discount on their service since they were going to be in the neighborhood. No mention of a contract, no mention of cancellation fees, nothing. Now it's about $65 a month or $3XX to cancel. Absolutely awful! Will never recommend this company. Unfortunately the only people to see this will probably already be conned or know what they are getting into.

Had the pleasure of dealing with this company for a recent termite treatment at my home. Each aspect of the process - the initial phone call, the initial inspection visit, the treatment visit and the follow-up - was very professional and delivered as promised. Wally was a pleasure to deal with during the initial inspection and Josh performed the treatment with respect for my home and was very informative throughout the treatment. I hope I do not need their services for several more years, but have the confidence that I will be treated professionally and with respect should any challenges arise.

I usually dont do reviews but for this company i felt i had to give props where props is due.
I had a ant issue and found Arizonas Exterminator. Aldo reached out promptly and was 15 min early to our scheduled appointment. He was very knowledgeable and looked throughout my entire property for any other issues we may have. He was very honest and offered a fair treatment for the ants. Also he sprayed my weeds for a fair additional fee. One stop shop! I appreciate his professionalism and expertise and will definitely be using him again! I have a new pest guy!

They failed to follow through with their service commitment. We were charged nearly $1000 to set two traps for a ground squire. They committed to coming by daily to check traps and service as needed. WE have not seen them since the first meeting and they have not returned calls when I reach out. This has been a huge waste of time.

Sabstian the exterminator always does a fantastic job. He explains everything so clearly and so thorough. Highly recommend.

We have had a few Pest Control companies over the past several years. Once we met Gary at Bug Guardian we refuse to use anybody else. He is very consistent, knowledgeable, friendly, great with communication and trustworthy. In the 6-7 years we have been loyal to Gary, we have had him come back once, maybe twice ever, due to spotting a scorpion. I love that Bug Guardian always has the same tech service my home, so I don't have to worry about a new face every time. I have a child that used to follow him around and ask questions. Not only is Gary great with this company and customer service, he is excellent at entertaining my child too. He was never irritated by our children or chatty days. I highly recommend Bug Guardian. Hands down best customer service there is.
