I have used Bills Pest Control for many years, the previous owner of my home used them. They are so honest and their prices are extremely reasonable. Inspections are free and and the technicians are knowledgeable and so friendly. If you are in need of termite inspection or treatment, I highly recommend you call them. I’ve lived in my home over 10 years and they continue to inspect once a year and so far I’ve had no termites. Very honest company!

I spoke with Heather over the phone to schedule a termite inspection. I have a lot of questions regards their treatment, cost and procedures. She doesn’t know a thing. All she does is to sep up an appointment, really? Appointment without even knowing how much is going to cost me and how they will address the situation? She hung up the phone on me, so rude and unprofessional. I had the worse experience ever. If that is just the Custumer service I don’t want to imagine working with them. RED FLAG from beginning. The only reason I called is because my friend referred me to them but I will not hire them for anything and I will never refer any of my family and friends.

We called a few Exterminators for quotes. I did some research on the type of chemical they would be using to treat our house for Termites.We decided to go with Invader Pest control and couldn't be happier. It was reasonably priced. Will was our technician and took his time and paid close attention to every detail and concern I had. The whole process was not stressful and I feel confident our house will be protected from Termites. John who came out to measure and do the quote was also very friendly and professional. We had a contract with Terminex before and it was like a 360 degree turn in the right direction from the joke and expensive service Terminex offers. Terminex wouldnt even drill down into my concrete slab around my house. Will from Invader was very careful drilling and patched and cleaned any drilling or trenches that he made to apply our treatment. Hands down Invader did a great job at a reasonable price. Update Will came out again today. He always does a great Job. The honored the warranty and I will continue to use Invader pest control in the future.

Arizona's Exterminator Company (AEC) knows the trade of pest control. After they fumigated our house of 3000 sqft we have not seen any bugs. We had scorpions and crickets before and now we trust that we will live free of bugs inside of our house. They also sealed the whole house outside and inside just to make sure we do not have any invaders. Last time, Aldo, its representative, was performing the bi-monthly pest control in our house, he noticed there was a crack on the poly tube from the automatic irrigation system and it was leaking. He fixed that for us. He did not have to do it but he gives that extra 5 miles on his job. It is hard to find that positive attitude lately. I recommend AEC 100%. Great great job amigo, we are very happy you are taking care of our house.

I have been with Bulwark Exterminating for probably 10 years now. They have expertly handled a few tough cases notably a battle with sugar ants and another with mosquitos. Today we discovered bees in the wall. I left a message on my technician's, Aaron Davis, cell and he was here in less than 15 minutes on a Friday afternoon. He took care of the bees and went above and beyond as he always does. He is the 2nd technician in 10 years, the first was a guy named John who also made sure I had his cell and was available at any point, had exemplary service. In ten years to only have two techs tells me that they obviously treat their people right and it is obvious in their service and pride in doing a good job! Aaron is always prompt, professional, and communicative and I LOVE that I have one point of contact.

We have had a few Pest Control companies over the past several years. Once we met Gary at Bug Guardian we refuse to use anybody else. He is very consistent, knowledgeable, friendly, great with communication and trustworthy. In the 6-7 years we have been loyal to Gary, we have had him come back once, maybe twice ever, due to spotting a scorpion. I love that Bug Guardian always has the same tech service my home, so I don't have to worry about a new face every time. I have a child that used to follow him around and ask questions. Not only is Gary great with this company and customer service, he is excellent at entertaining my child too. He was never irritated by our children or chatty days. I highly recommend Bug Guardian. Hands down best customer service there is.
