I had such a great experience meeting and communicating with Francisco...I called this company to come in and give me a quote for the water heater burst and damage in my water shed and utility room...He listened to my concerns and answered alll questions and I felt much more confident in what he had explained to me! I am looking forward to working with this company going forward.

We had water damage as a result of improper solar installation. The crew at 1-800 Water Damage was amazing. They explained the process in detail, removing any worry we had about the mold they discovered, set up containment for remediation, and were even willing to come out over a weekend. I wholeheartedly recommend their services to anyone who has had a water leak. Even though it may not look like it, if you have any water issue, you probably have a mold issue too. Definitely call an expert.

If you find yourself ankle-deep in water, call this company. They were able to get to me within two hours of my call, at the end of the business day. Even though Kyle and Chandler got called out to my job before they'd had dinner, they showed up with smiles on their faces as they began the clean-up and dry-out process. For a bad situation, this company and these amazing service guys made it as pleasant as it could possibly be. I hope I never find myself in this situation again, but if I do, this is the company I'll call.

Frank was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. He was available around the clock and answered all my questions with detail. He sent someone out the next day and he was also very helpful. Showed and explained everything he was doing to check for moisture and mold. Thankfully none was detected. I appreciated the honesty, specially when a different company had already been here a day prior stating we would need walls torn down etc. I knew something was off and decided to call NextGen for a 2nd opinion, I'm so glad I did! I came upon Ryan and his team at Square One as I had to restore the dry wall after a leak that was fixed. My plumber recommended another restorer who would not stop calling me even before the leak was fixed so I got tired of them and decided to look on my own. So glad that I did and found Square One! Ryan was the most flexible with getting to my place over the holiday season back in December of 2018 and also who I felt most confident with as he used reliable gadgets to test the moisture levels, etc vs. using his bare eyes as some other restorers had done on their visits for quotes. Everything was super easy, from scheduling, keeping me informed and getting the repairs of the walls in. Excellent work from Ryan and his team.

These guys did a great job at our Assisted Living Home. We had a kitchen flood due to the RO system under the sink and they were onsite in less than an hour to help! They also helped coordinate a plumber out the same day to help fix the leak. Everyone was very professional and our staff was impressed at how efficient they were. Great communication and very helpful. We highly recommend this company.
