Atomic Pest Control

Had to switch over to Atomic Pest as the bought our previous company. Have been using them for about 6 months. They have been great! Jamison is always on time and very professional.

My parents have been a customers of Atomic Pest for years. I have been using them for about a year now and Jameson has been great. He sprays every other month. Crickets, silverfish and the occasional roach are nowhere to be found. I am just sorry I didn't start using Atomic Pest sooner.

Excellent value and 100% satisfied with Pest service monthly, and also their termite work! Todd is our technician that comes monthly, and he is meticulous, knowledgeable, very professional, and extremely personable and caring… He even remembers our dogs name, and we highly recommend him!!!!!

Atomic has done a great job dealing with multiple any hills in our yard. They have always been responsive and have provided excellent customer service.

I have used this company for 6 years. They are friendly, reliable and a great value. We get a monthly treatment since we have had scorpions. I highly recommend this company. Great value and great service. 2 years ago we had a rat problem when there was construction near our home. They came in and they rat proofed the whole home and we never saw another one since they did the treatment. The service guys are friendly and always treat everyone and everything with respect. We have had problems with ants in the yard and they always ask us if we need any ant piles treated and then take care of it. A great company!

Everyone at Atomic is so friendly and helpful! They always show up on time. They let me know when services are due. I've not seen a scorpion, spider or ant in 4 years! They also help keep the doves and pidgeons at bay! Thank you Atomic Pest Control!

They are always prompt to respond to any concerns. I have had a termite contract for years and if we see anything we call and they come right out to treat.

We had termites under our new home and evidence in one interior wall. Horrifying ! Atomic sent out an inspector and before I knew it serviceman was at my home treating all areas around the crawl space as well as the one interior area where the termites had been found.Both Atomic employees knew their stuff, were polite and friendly, and calmed my fears. I expect that we were saved from serious damage and we will stick with Atomic to protect our home in the future!

They spray the perimeter once a month and let me know that they've been there. When in home they spray the inside of the home also.

When I relocated, I took my service plan with Atomic Pest Control along with me. They are reliable, friendly, and since their first visit in 2006, I have had no pest problems. It doesn't get any better than that.

Very thorough in the application of the pesticide and cleaned up after the job was done.

The guy who came over was very nice and professional. He was responsive to my questions, and was gentle with my appliances. The only complaint I have is he just had a very strong sweaty smell to him. But, it’s to be expected in this Arizona heat.

We have used atomic pest for several years now for monthly rodent and pest control (roaches and scorpions), at our Arizona home. We live next to a wash so we get a lot of critters digging up our landscaping and invading our house. Being snowbirds it is nice to know that the service is being performed monthly even when we are not there to supervise. We have used other businesses that say they did the work only to find out they never did.I would highly recommend them because they are one of the few services that do both rodents and pests.

Atomic is great! We’ve been using them monthly for over 4 years! Outside every time and inside on request. And if I happen to see a bug inside between visits I call them, they come over quickly! Same day if they can. But honestly, I’ve only needed to have them spray inside maybe once a year!I have a dog and toddler and I’ve never had any health problems from their spray! Granted I follow the directions of letting it dry for 30ish minutes before letting them outside.Customer service is great! I had the same guy come for years and recently have had a few different guys, but they are all friendly and respectful!!I’ve recommended them to my neighbors in the past and will continue to in the future!

Most of all, we want no insects and that is the way it’s been since Tony has us on his route. His method of providing great service is above and beyond. If he is up for a field review, I would recommend a promotion. We have had a couple other techs on the property and they are almost inept because of the way they perform.

Rex arrived at our home promptly at the quoted time frame. He was respectful, safe and performed a thorough inspection before spraying the entire internal and external home with insecticide. It has been a week and we have not seen a problem with roaches, crickets or spiders since. I appreciate that Atomic Pest Contol comes when needed instead of requiring a service plan. Highly recommended!

Showed up on time and got the termite treatment I ordered done quickly, this was the 2nd time I've used them and if I would definitely use them again.

Also had issues with a few scorpions inside the house during the heat of the summer. they were very responsive and sprayed inside and out for us. They check our traps every time they come. They are very polite, professional, and always willing to answer questions or listen to concerns.

Atomic Pest Control is a great company. The technicians are always so professional and friendly. They take their time to answer questions and make sure you are getting the service that you want. I called them out for bees and they were there that day ready to deal with the issue. I would recommend them to anyone.

I contacted Atomic Pest Control because I am having a problem with a gopher that must have more lives than I cat. After using traps, sound spikes, and even gum (!), I decided to give them a try. The pest control technician used a chemical to take care of the gopher. Since the gopher didn't come back I assumed the treatment worked. Well, three weeks after the initial treatment the gopher was back. I contacted Atomic Pest Control again and let them know the gopher returned. They came back out and gave another treatment. Unfortunately, this also did not work. If I contacted them again I would be charged full price for the treatment. I decided that I would try another service. I think Atomic Pest Control may be good with other pests, but gopher pests may be best left to actual gopher specialists.

I would recommend them to anyone! Great service!

Wonderful service! Every interaction that I've had with this company has been fantastic. I get scorpions at my community and they come to spray 1-2 times a month. When I first started utilizing their services there were 3-7 scorpions inside monthly. I've have continued using them for the past year and recommend them over several of their competitors. Kevin Holck, the person that I have dealt with has been amazing. My 3-7 issue has diminished and I one happy customer! Thank you for your service.

I am ok using the business's pest control services but they keep using my cell phone to send me text messages about leaving reviews so that loses two stars. Businesses need to learn to stop that practice or deal with the negative consequences.

We had a severe scorpion issue. They were found in nearly every room of our house. Atomic pest sent someone out the same day and sprayed inside and outside of our house. They are punctual and we use their monthly service. Very pleased!

Todd was great!!! He answered all my questions and was sensitive to my small children. We’ve been having a problem with crickets and scorpions. He sprayed the house thoroughly without getting the spray where kids could easily come in contact with the chemicals, even tho they are eco friendly. I’ve used Atomic before and they are amazing at accommodating you in a timely manner. They are my go to people. Very friendly all around!

The technician is always at the house within the appointed time. My technician, Ed, is one of the main reasons I stay with this company. He is so pleasant and caring...always reminds me to close the garage door, etc. The cost of the service is very fair. I would recommend this company to others.

Atomic Pest Control was recommended by my monthly pest service to treat our home for termites. Atomic Pest responded promptly and conducted their inspection the very next day. I asked Atomic Pest to treat our entire home. Not only did they treat our home the very next day but they were 1/3 the price of Terminex!I was very pleased with Atomics work and would recommend them to everyone. Five stars!

These folks are the best I've experienced. I tried 3 other services over 3 months that did little. But these guys got completely did of the ants and all other insects in about 3 weeks total. And we have not had any problems in a few months.

We use atomic pest control at the community I manage. I have had the pleasure to work with skip and he was and is amazing. Skip always is willing to go above and beyond to make sure the community is taken care of. Since he was promoted we have had Todd and he has been amazing as well. He makes sure the resident's concerns are addressed and taken care of. We are very lucky to have them at the community and I recommend them for Residential homes as well. One of the communities I managed previously had scorpions and i was always told by other companies you have to get all palm trees and other plants trees removed in order to solve the issue. But atomic never gave excuse but took care of it. The staff and residents were/are so grateful. Thank you atomic for all you have done for me and the residents.

While it takes 3 phone calls to set up an appointment, once it’s set the tech’s have always been prompt, professional, and knowledgeable. I’m still struggling with $250 a visit so I’m not sure about “good value” but now that I’m under contract it just doesn’t matter. We’re happy with Atomic.Tom Lensing

Tony is the best technician I have had in the 14 years I have been using Atomic insect Control (formerly Amera). He is a true asset to the company and does a thorough and complete job all the time with a friendly smile on his face.

Always prompt, always thorough, knowledgeable techs. Jameson is our regular great guy, but when scheduling doesn’t work for him, the others are great, like Rex today. I feel I get very good value from Atomic, including piece of mind that scorpions are gone.

Rex did a fantastic job. We have owned this Arizona home for 4 years and were good about annual inspections. We did not understand every few years we needed to retreat the area and apply chemical. Rex took the time to explain why and see if he could work things in which he could. He also explained to me how things worked here since I have experience in Ohio with applying chemicals and pest control.

I have atomic pest control set up for monthly visits, John always takes care of my house and does a great job. He is always on time and professional. I do not have any issues with scorpions or other unwanted visitors in my house and that's a huge piece of mind considering I have a 1 yr old and 2 small dogs. Always recommend them!

Jorden the technician was amazing but your staff when setting up the appointment need to communicate completely. I specifically Told them I had a specific issue with crickets and they said they would relay that to the technician. This was not the case, Jordan had no idea and did not bring the proper chemicals. So now after wasting a day having a technician come out I have to set up another appointment to have them come out an additional day with the proper chemicals. This is very poor customer service and if people could just relay proper communication then I could’ve only had to have one service call.

Techs always come out regularly on time monthly and they leave me a note. The only disappointment lately was a $200 charge just for changing my service address for a fifteen-minute drive away- was not happy about that, since I’ve been with them well over five years.

After being very unsatisfied with my previous pest control company, I decided to give Atomic a try. I have been more than satisfied with their services. Kevin was very helpful and professional in helping me make the transition over as smooth as possible. I have been very happy with Atomic Pest! The service and personnel have been fine. However, I think you made a huge PR error when you didn’t honor Amera’s termite warranty unless the customer paid you $125. The customer already paid a tidy sum for the treatment and warranty. I read the blogs on Atomic and there are a lot of people very upset. Bad move...

We left Atomic Pest Control in January for lack of customer service! But I said I’d give them a shot again! Today our service technician Jameson was fantastic I couldn’t ask for better care of listened to my concerns we are hiring them back to do quarterly service! Atomic has been to my house and my parents house multiple times throughout the last couple years for weeds and bugs. Bill has been the tech out and he does a really good job. Trysta in the office is great at scheduling services and is always really friendly. I would recommend Atomic for any service.

You don't have to worry about pests in your home with Atomic. They are able to take care of any problem and the technicians are very knowledgeable and courteous. They do a thorough job everytime. Too many home services business prey on people in retirement communities, but Steve inspected my Mom's home and made her away of a dangerous problem with her dryer vent as well as an issue with her shingles in one area of her roof. Travis was super nice and did a great job, but left all of the termite debris on the kitchen floor and on top of my fridge - there was zero clean up done. Other than that, the quality of the service was great and hopefully reduces termites moving forward!

I have used Atomic for a few years now and I could not be happier. They do it all, weeds, bugs, termites, scorpions, and more. It is so nice to be worry free when it comes to pests and weeds. I highly recommend their services.

We usually have them spray only the outside of the house because we r afraid of the chemicals inside. But they respond quickly when I call and we’ve never had more then 1 or 2 pests per year inside and they were dead when we found them. So we’ve had good luck with Atomic Pest Control.

My only problem with Atomic is: Because I am at work all day, I never see Atomic at my home. Nor do I know when they are coming. I never get a text/notice if when they are coming. The drivers/workers never leave a copy of the invoice at my door. So I never know when the service has been done. I did call once about this issue and did get one invoice copy sent to me via email. But nothing since that one. Because I do not have a insect problem at my home I have to assume the work is being done properly & on schedule. But I have no way of knowing in the form of communication.

Have used Atomic so long I can’t remember how many years it’s been. Always trusted them and have never had any reason not to. Staff is great about responding immediately to all requests.I rest easy knowing they take care of all our Pest problems.

Disappointed. Paying more but getting poorer service than Amera offered: Atomic no longer sweeps porch and patio ceilings of cobwebs, does not change sticky boards each month unless completely filled with bugs and service man does not wear booties inside after spraying and walking through countless yards. Also, July especially bad for earwigs indoors so spraying not really effective.Servicemen very polite and try to make the call within the time frame.

We had a pest control emergency (bird stuck in our chimney) and called around to multiple pest control companies, and nobody was available to come out for a few days. My wife made an appointment last Friday as we have a roof rat concern.This company was chosen based on the online reviews. She confirmed with 2 employees in management for today and I was next to her during the phone conversation and confirmation.Needless to say, no one showed up today for a scheduled 1-2 p appointment. When my wife called they stated the information and appointment was deleted and they had no record. When she asked how it could be deleted, especially after confirming with 2 management personnel, the excuse given was it happens.On a good note, We found another reputable company that will help us resolve the pest issue.

Atomic has been doing my pest service for almost 3 years now. Jameson has serviced my home nearly every time, from when I lived in Chandler to my new home in Gilbert. He is always personable, asks me what/if anything we might have been experiencing. (Not much of anything now with them on the job) They are always prompt, courteous and friendly. Jameson sincerely cares about keeping our family pest-free and safe. We have 2 little ones to protect. They are affordable and have always offered to make sure I'm satisfied, with a free retreat which was necessary once or twice. There are a lot of companies out there, but I couldn't recommend them more.

Wow. What a positive experience. Our technician was Travis and I could not believe how thorough he was - I was surprised how fast he was able to get the job done too! We did not see any pests for even longer than he had promised. I will definitely be returning to Artomic thanks to this fantastic experience.

We had a pigeon problem at our house over the last few years. They can do some damage to your home if you let them. I tried enclosing the eves with wire and disrupting their nests. Nothing worked. I had Travis from Atomic Pest Control check it out and come up with a solution. He did a great job. No more pigeons! He was courteous and professional. I would recommend him for pest control services.

Friendly technician, had to be rescheduled a couple times . And didnt reschedule everything i wanted . He was supper fast only like 20 min for front and back. Was a little shocked at that, has a year warranty so we will see.

Very disappointed. Had atomic come out and spray our home multiple times. Then paid to have outside termite tunnels treated. Also paid for an inspection. Then paid to have the home fogged. After calling multiple times stating there was still issues I was constantly told I would receive a call back from a tech and never did. The techs who came to the home were always helpful but funny how when the warranty is about to expire they won't call you back. Spent a lot of money to fix a problem and it's still a problem. Customer service and no return calls are extremely frustrating. I would not recommend atomic pest control -who refuses to keep in contact and uphold warranties.

We live in Phoenix in a house built in 1936. Last fall, we heard noises in the walls. We hired Atomic Pest Control to investigate. Their employees found signs of roof rats in the attic and in the crawl space under the house. We hired Atomic to seal up the house and to trap rats. Over the months, various Atomic employees attempted to do this without success. Then Atomic sent us Travis. Travis was incredibly diligent at finding and sealing up small openings. He spent a LOT of time over the weeks crawling over our roof, in our attic and under our house - hard work. After a total of 12 trapped rats, I think (hope) that we are finally done. Thank you Atomic for sending us Travis. Thank you Travis for your hard work and your persistence. You are the BEST.

Brent came to my home to evaluate a bird issue and stated would email me a proposal. After one week I called and he stated he would email me a proposal that day. I did not hear from him. It was very unprofessional of Brent not to acknowledge that he was not interested. If this is an indication of how they do business then I am relieved that I did not utilize Atomic Pest Control and would not be able to recommend.

He came on time and checked the outside and inside of my house. Found termites in the screen house. He sprayed on the ground by the post they were in and inside the wall. He did a great job and I hope the termites are gone for awhile.

Tony comes monthly and does a superb job. He re-baits the bait boxes and replaces the 'sticky boards' in the garage without fail. He's courteous and always inquiries if we're having any particular pest problems.

DO NOT EVER USE THIS COMPANY...THEY ARE EXTREMELY UNETHICAL IN THEIR PRACTICE!!! I purchased a 5 year termite warranty with Amerapest in 2018 for $500.00. One year later they were taken over by Atomic Pest Control and I received a letter telling me that I had to pay an add'l $125.00 to Atomic as an Activation Fee for them to honor the remaining 4 years on my termite warranty!!! If I did not pay, I no longer had termite coverage!!! When you have already paid $500.00 for 5 year coverage, it is very frustrating to be told ,only 1 year into your contract, that you must now pay $125.00 for the remaining 4 years of your contract to be honored. Unprofessional, and completely unethical!!! You've been warned!!!

Wow what a nightmare situation with Atomic Pest Control! Today we hired them to install TAP insulation in our home. In the middle of the job, the 3 workers just up and quit! Is this not your job to complete your work?? They left their trash (huge bags of insulation) on our yard and got in their trucks and took off! This is absolutely unprofessional. I would NEVER, EVER recommend this company and all their reviews are bogus (entered on the same days). I call to ask to speak with the owner, and they would not provide a phone# or let alone transfer me to anyone. At this point I feel it is only fair for them to send others to finish the job or we are not going to pay a penny for the service. How does a company that so called prides themselves on customer service & taking care of all our customers are our first priority live up to the motto. Having 2 little toddlers, it is hard enough being out of our home, yet to extend this further is absolutely hard enough, @atomicpestcontrol you need to make this right! I am waiting to hear from John.*Update* We want to let everyone know ATOMIC was able to resolve this issue with us and offered to do the TAP insullation if we had ANOTHER company complete the removal. We appreciate their timely communication and worked out a payment for the work that was done. We will be hiring another company to complete the removal and TAP insullation. We are satisfied with the resolution and now to continue our house renovation so our little ones and mommy & daddy can get closer to getting back in our home.

Rex came and sprayed for weeds in the front and backyard. This is my second year having them do this and it is so worth it! No more spending weekends in 110 temps pulling weeds! And it is guaranteed until the end of the year! I’ll be doing this every year.

I'm giving a 3 but that's probably generous. As a former Amera customer I am disappointed. My family has 3 houses...all the same price under Amera, 3 different and higher prices with Atomic. The termite warranty that was bought under Amera wasn't covered by Atomic so we had to purchase another one. When that warranty is up we will reassess our pest control situation.

I use Atomic Pest Control for my home pest control service and they have been nothing but stellar. They show up every month to spray and automatically charge my account so I literally have to do nothing. I signed up through Kevin at the office and not only was he friendly but also very helpful with explaining my options. I would recommend this pest control service to my family and friends!

They were early, but weng so fast not sure he got everything. I didn't receive a call that he was coming early. I wanted everything sprayed. Didn't have time to pick up my dog's water so that area didn't get sprayed either. I would rather they go a little slower and do a thorough job. Thx for your help

When I discovered I had roof rats, and based on previous experience with these rodents, I knew exactly what I needed. After interviewing multiple pest control companies in the area, Atomic Pest Control was the only one who I felt confident could get the job done. Most companies only set out poison and traps and are unwilling to crawl around in the attic. Atomic is different. Their technician, Travis, crawled around every inch of our attic to ascertain where the rats were getting in. He showed up for every treatment with a smile on his face, and we are now declared rat free! Thank you Atomic and thank you Travis!

Bad from the start. First they forgot my appt. Then were over 7 hours late when the did show up, and by then I had left. So they did a half job on the outside. I have cameras and watched later. A two visit job, so I'd give them the benefit of the doubt. They showed up unannounced and unscheduled on the 2nd visit, while I wasn't home. I got a VM, saying I'm here at your gate for the next 5 minutes, - dude left, never came back. No follow up, but had no problem charging me $200 + for a treatment that wasnt done properly and not effective. Lots of 5 stars here...not sure how.

We had a massive problem with scorpions when we first moved into our home. We were seeing several scoprions each night and were horrified that one of our kids might get stung. Thankfully, we were referred to Atomic Pest Control and Rex was able to take care of our scorpion issue quickly. We also were recently treated for termites and Rex did a thorough job and we haven't had any issues with Termites since! Rex is always extremely helpful and thorough and I would HIGHLY recommend Atomic Pest Control to anyone!

I haven't used this company or will I in the near future. After I experienced one of their technicians on the road today. Kid kept going in and out of his lane. Pulled up next to him and asked him to get off his phone. He then proceeded to give me the finger. If this is the kind of customer service you provide then no thank you.He was in one of your trucks and to act like that is very unprofessional. The truck was LIC 8140.

After interviewing and receiving estimates from 8 different pest control companies-we chose Atomic Pest Control to exterminate/annihilate our bed bugs. My daughter went on a camping trip with her community college to a bible camp in Prescott and wasn't told until Saturday night, that the men's cabins had bedbugs. Obviously the bedbugs were brought into the young ladies cabins and voila! we found out later that what my daughter thought were carpet beetles, were in fact, bed bugs!$900 later and we can safely sleep at night in our own beds, without camping out in the living room for a month, until we could afford to get rid of the darn things!Jon came out from Atomic Pest Control and looked around our house. He answered all our questions. He was very thorough and nice. He understood our frustrations and concerns. The bed bugs seemed to like me (the mom) by biting me everywhere. I had large welts and itched like crazy; at night I took Bendryl so I could sleep!We had to do a lot of prepping and it took longer than we estimated. Travis came at 8:00am, Saturday morning to begin setting up the heat units and large fans. The heat is the only thing that kills the eggs of the female beg bug. The female bed bug can lay an egg that produces 300 babies. It can really get out of hand.We have four small rescue dogs, and we have a nice dog run in our backyard, so our dogs stayed there while our house was treated. My son's geckos were in their tank in our backyard and our fish were able to live in the tank with the filter shut off. We covered the tank.All combustibles had to be removed, all bedding stripped, everything out of the closets and bagged up, and more. We bought a box of leaf sized garbage bags at Costco and bagged everything that we could.Travis was understanding, friendly and expressed empathy for what I am sure he has heard a thousand times of our issues with these disgusting bugs. He was informative- explaining about his experience with helping others get rid of this pesky pest. He helped my husband move out our 55 inch television to the garage. He was very patient! We still had a lot to do on the morning he arrived.He texted me and kept in touch during the process of eliminating the bugs. We left for awhile and returned to unlock the garage so he could spray our garage. He also sprayed our cars before we left the house the first time. After he was finished with the heat treatment, he sprayed our house along the baseboards all throughout and our furniture where the pests were hiding out as well.He recommended we stay out for a few hours after the treatment was finished--to allow the bed bugs to cook and for the house to cool down. He told us to open up the house when we returned and allow the outside air to enter and help with the cooling. We could not turn on our air conditioner until much later in the night. We had all of our ceiling fans on high to aid in the cooling down process. We sat in our backyard for awhile.I recommend Atomic Pest Control. Atomic Pest control has professionals dedicated to the business of exterminating. They are professional, friendly, accommodating, and knowledgeable. Atomic Pest Control is reasonable and they return back in less than two weeks to check to make sure the bed bugs are completely gone and we have a written warranty for 60 days.I feel confident that our problem was solved. I wouldn't wish this problem on my worse enemy. It makes everyone miserable and irritable and now we have our lives back again. Thank you ATOMIC PEST CONTROL.

The emergent weed control is hopefully efficient...when Amera did it was with a follow up to water...with the cost that should still be done...without rain the rocks still look yellow? A reckless Atomic Pest Control driver just passed me on Lake Mary Road near Flagstaff... I was going the speed limit of 50, but he passed me at least 70 mph. I wouldn't trust these guys any further than I could kick em.

About 5 years ago I was with another pest control company because of scorpions in the house. After they started spraying we felt like there was a reduction of them, but over a few years of their service we still had scorpions. We reached out to Atomic Pest Control on a referral from a friend. They provided a much higher level of service right from the start. They explained to me the difference in chemical they use versus the company I had been with and that it lasts longer to get rid of the scorpions food source. When the scorpions have no food, they move to where the food is. It didn’t take long after they sprayed both inside and outside before we stopped seeing scorpions. As a matter of fact, the only place I have seen any is in a wood pike next to our wall around our property. Atomic has my business because they take care of the pests I want gone.

They email you your receipt with the date of your next appointment, that is very helpful. The people they send out for service are very nice and considerate as well.

..i had waited all morning. .He left before i could talk to him about it..
