Great service overall. The guys who did the treatment for my termite problem got here on time and knew what they were doing. Also took time to explain some details and answer my questions. I had other service-warranty before and the difference in overall professionalism and quality was obvious. i will recommend this company to a friend of mine who also has a house with termites.

We have been using Frontino Pest Control services for a couple of years now, and highly recommend them!
When we moved into our house in Old Town Scottsdale, we kept seeing cockroaches (ughhh), yet our house is cleaned thoroughly on a weekly basis. I have been in my home 14 years and had termite issues immediately after moving in and all the other termite places would drill my concrete and pour liquid and put chemicals in my interior walls, which never worked for very long. Then I found Arrow exterminators and I have NOT had any problems with termites. The service guys are great and the lady(s) I annually speak to in the office are nice and never rushed. Now, this does not mean raise my rate (LOL)

Spent $450 to have my bird problem taken care of. The birds were back the next day. Was told to wait to see that they relocate, it will take time. I waited a month. Climbed on the roof and found them still nesting. Berry refused to fix the problem until I forked over another $200.
