One morning I woke up and found some bugs in the bed - AHH! No one wants to find that horrible pest. After confirming they were bedbugs, I was like everyone else and wanted them gone immediately of course, and I wanted to make sure it was done by someone who knew what they were doing. Ryan was super responsive - he answered the phone right away and fit me in the next morning despite a busy schedule. He said he could do the inspection and if it was just confined to the one room he could also treat it right away. He was professional, knowledgeable, and answered all of my questions without making me feel rushed. He explained about the heat treatment versus chemicals (which matched what I found online) without making me feel like he was selling me anything. He thoroughly checked our house to make sure it hadn't spread and gave me advice. Fortunately, he was able to treat our problem right away and I am so happy we didn't have to use chemicals all over and wait a month - the problem is gone immediately! I feel confident that the work was done extremely well. Although I hope you never have to deal with this problem, I would highly recommend him and EcoForce for anyone with bedbugs!

I called 8 different companies, got 3 home inspections and 5 different quotes before I chose Azex. No ones prices compared.

Dean Jenny, the Azex inspector, was by far the most thorough, patient, kind and helpful of the 3 inspectors who came to my home. I highly recommend him, his company, and the combination of heat treatment and chemical spray for bed bugs. We are 9 weeks out so far and have not seen anymore.

I had the unfortunate task of removing bees from my rented property (I am the renter) when I found The Beekeeper online. The bee removal technician, Marino Cliffton, arrived very shortly after I had called them, was incredibly patient and very well informed. I had several somewhat technical questions concerning bee biology and the pesticides used (I am studying chemistry at school) and he was ready with informed answers and insight to boot. He worked quickly, advised me cogently about what my next steps would be to prevent their return and I have happily had no bees over a month later. I am very happy with the professional nature, promptness and overall success of the job Marino (a very nice guy) from The Beekeeper did! Thank you, you made an otherwise unfortunate situation as painless as possible.

Terrible service. They came out and provided termite treatment. 2 weeks later when we pulled out a bathtub and wall shelving unit, our contractor showed us 3 termite tubes. Understandable that Bulwark didn't get them at the initial visit. We called them right away and TOLD THEM there were termite tubes found, and a guy came out (Landon?). Came 3 hours later than scheduled and my 80 y/o dad was stuck at our house waiting (fine, everything is chaos right now--so we overlooked this too). However, he said he couldn't do anything about the termites, because HE DIDN'T BRING HIS TOOLS. WHY would a pest control company come to our house, knowing what they were coming for, and NOT BRING THEIR TOOLS? Said he'd have to reschedule.
My husband has called 4 times since then trying to reschedule and keeps getting told by the receptionist that she has to contact the exterminator to find out his schedule so he can come back out to finish the job. SHE NEVER CALLS BACK. We're busy people too. We have jobs. It's just disrespectful to waste people's time, make no apologies about it, and then continue to make false commitments to customers.
This was our first time using this company. We are lifers when we find businesses that do right by their customers. Unfortunately, this is not one of them.

We recently hired Pro Active Pest Control after a rep came to our door, and I am so glad we did! Danny came out exactly when expected, walked us through everything he would be doing, and made sure our questions and concerns were answered and addressed. He was very professional and friendly!
