I like the frictionless interaction from hiring to Bill paying. I get auto notices they are coming. And can communicate directly with the applicator via text. It can be contactless if you wish. I never have them come inside and still no bugs to speak of. Cost is competitive but their level of professionalism is the best. From applicator appearance, trucks, customer interface and experience. I have them doing my house and a commercial property with 20 units.

After experiencing the horror of finding some, ugh, bed bugs in our house, I proceeded to go about finding a solution quickly! It is a horrible topic to explore, and I was ‘creeped out’ with everything that I read. After going online and sifting through tons of material and company backgrounds, reviews, etc., I decided to go with AZHeatPest. The company policy, its track record, the sincerity I felt from the owner’s statements and reviews…all led to our going with AZHeatPest. The next day after I called, Chris and Tyler came out for an assessment. They could not have been more wonderful or professional. After they were through ‘looking’, we scheduled an appointment for treatment two days later with Chris. This was today, and Chris was right on time for the appointment and just left my home a couple of hours ago. Now, I can’t say yet whether or not the treatment will (hope against hope!) get rid of our ‘critters’ (double ugh!!)…I can say that I could not possibly have more confidence with anyone else. Chris re-explained everything to us and gave us advice on how to handle the next couple of weeks in terms of laundering bed items, etc. He was incredibly professional but yet nice as could be, as well as absolutely and completely thorough. He genuinely cared about our problem and understood how disturbing it is. He treated all the bedrooms, couches, etc. completely and then put everything back just as it was. In short, he was impressive and wonderful! Hopefully, I won’t have occasion to call on Chris again for his services, but he gave his card to me without my asking, saying not to hesitate to contact him if we have any questions. I'm keeping my fingers crossed... and thank you SO much, Chris, for being so great!!

I spoke with Sean this morning and he recommended little bug traps in my garage which I had him do. He put them at the entry points. I appreciate Sean's knowledge and professionalism and I feel he is taking excellent care that my house/yard is bug free.

I am so happy that I chose to work with House Doctor to eliminate my termite problem. I set up an estimate with them after the second or third time of going through the various companies around town. Not only did David immediately respond to my online request with a phone call, but their technician Josh happened to be right around my house, which is not always the case living so far north. He was over in twenty minutes from getting off of the phone with David, who thoroughly went over their services on the phone. Taking covid precautions, I was happy to open the door to a masked Josh. He looked around and of course pointed out more tubes than I had even identified. He was also extremely patient as another company showed up minutes before he was leaving - without having confirmed their appointment, of course. After reviewing their services, getting four other estimates, and having a few more questions answered by David, I scheduled my service promptly and was delighted to be taken care of the following week by Isaac. He was so fast and made cleanup of everything that was drilled a breeze. His work inside the house was quick as well, and I'm happy to report that after he knocked down the tubes I had, nothing has been back since! Of course the product may take some time to kick in, but I suppose my colony ran into the Termidor almost right away. I highly recommend using House Doctor for your exterminating needs. I chose them because they were fast, family-owned, cared about my experience, of course use top of the line Termidor, and they were helpful along the way, suggesting what to look for in a quote as well as having a generous and updated warranty period. The service couldn't have been better! After finding evidence of rats in my yard, they came in, set traps and within a short time my rat issue was under control. With such a great experience the first time I used them, I now have regular pest service to keep the bugs out of my house and I am LOVING it!!
