We had Urban Desert Pest Control did a termite treatment for our house this week. We had a little problem with their scheduling in the beginning. But the technician, Matt, was wonderful. He was on time, courteous, and clearly knowledgeable. He explained the process clearly and took his time to make sure everything was done right. We are very happy with the service that Matt provided. If anyone needs termite treatment, I would definitely recommend Matt.

Had Western do repairs on screening for pigeons on our roof and seal penetrations against rodent entry. They were courteous, informative as to the time of service and work to be done. Quality of work was excellent.

EcoForce is very responsive and sensitive to their customer's needs. My home was overrun with bed bugs and they were able to eradicate them completely. After the service when I felt uneasy about the bugs being gone, they came out and did a thorough investigation. Not once, but twice. The technician under estimated the problem. So after his treatment I still had live bedbugs running around. He said he was going to come back with the dog and never did. And when I called the corporate center to see when I was getting the follow up, they said I never paid for the dog. So there was some miscommunication with that whole thing. It was only after I contacted the corporate center that the agent was trying to contact me and wanted something. I feel I paid a lot of money and I still have the problem and I really don’t want to talk to these people anymore.
But they have taken the initiative and explain the situation. And came back to my house with one of the best employees and worked on my house until they finally alleviated the problem. I am so impressed with their follow through. I never thought anybody reads Those reviews. I am glad they take those review seriously. I appreciate Caleb and all his hard work and the follow-through of this company.

No one loves too get bed bugs but we have encountered them twice. This place is family owned and operated so they can afford too give magnificent prices u won’t find cheap i high recommend this company I would give 10 stars if I could very friendly company
