Well, where do I begin. First off, the best commercials on the air, it's how I called them to begin with. Then Jeremy shows up, gave us a thorough inspection. Outlined everything in writing that would take place, made the appointment, and we were off to the races.Then comes the treatment, Loretta and Dallas showed up 25 minutes early(who does that anymore), and got to work right away. Trenched all the way around the house, and Dallas was using two drills to drill the holes in the garage and on the back patio, and the front entry and inside the house where we initially found the termites.They were thorough, efficient, and hard working.I could not be more happy with my experience, and more disgusted with my old Termite Company who I gave the boot a couple of years ago.I would reccomend, Bill's Pest Control to anyone that is in need Termite control. Keep up those great commercials as well.And Google Reviews need to add more stars for this business, they are worth it.

My experience with this company’s customer service was abysmal. Took 8 days of calling daily to get a call back with an appointment, and I’m an existing customer with a service contract!Appointment was arranged for 11/25/22 with a 5 hour window No technician ever arrived!I called company, no explanation, they told me someone would call me with another appointment!Finally, a technician called me the following Monday and arrived at the scheduled time on Wednesday.The technicians were very polite and I have absolutely no complaint with them.Very bad experience for a long term customer with a contract.

EcoForce was so professional and friendly he did a thorough inspection we actually had the competition out here yesterday and they did not do half the things that Brad did today he didn't just go and look at the mattress and Visually see things he went and tore backs the bedding and actually found things that he was looking for compared to the other company he then proceeded into my daughter's room where we found the little hitchhikers out he pulled back the carpet all the way and when I mean all the way he tore it back all the way he didn't find any bedbugs at all but as a precautionary we went ahead and did a spray just in case there was something still around that maybe we could have missed I have medical problems I did lay down bed bug powder and kind of made a mess in the room what did Brad was so nice enough that he grabbed my vacuum cleaner for me and vacuumed it up. before he left he did a thorough inspection in my other daughter's room, thank God nothing more. I I'm so glad that I called and not have another company come out and I have a good feeling knowing that if we happen to see anything else that there's a warranty and that warranty will be covered. Thank you so much Brad for being professional and most of all honest and not trying to rip people off

I’m sorry I wasted all my time and money trying to get rid of the bedbugs on my own . Very professional yet also very personable. The cost was very reasonable too !
