My husband and I have been using Bills Pest and Termite control for years now and they are by far the BEST company we've ever used. Summer comes out every month for our maintenance treatment and she is very knowledgeable, helpful and all around a great person! We take comfort in knowing the critters are kept away from the house and away from our toddlers! We recommend Bills Pest to all of our family and friends!

Review by Duon C. Blue: Julian was excellent ! His analytical skills / assessment of the issue and resolution were professional & on point. What I initially thought was a problem originating from outside my home was actually coming from an abandoned house next door! Julian literally had to build a fortress around my house with power on the fence, granules on the ground, in addition to the spray. He then advised me that the weeds nest door must come down due to the fact that his services would last about a month, then the bugs would return. Overall, Julian was very thorough, informative, professional, knowledgeable & friendly! Thank you Julian!!

I originally scheduled for an 8 am appointment and they pushed me from 8 to 10 to 10 to 12 without asking if I was available. The service guy was very nice but I had to rearrange my whole schedule to accommodate them. I was then told on the phone I should have called to verify.**Jon reached out to apologize and make it right. Very happy that he took the time to try and rectify the situation.**

Not sure but think we have used Az Or for 20 plus years. Dan is our service manager. He watches out for us and cleans webs and other pest messes. Missed him during his Covid time and happy for his recovery and to have him back. We have great confidence and trust in him.

Starting with AJ, and Jeremy, all phone calls promptly answeredAJ knew his stuff and Jeremy gave great advise on what I should do about my pest problems. I followed his advice and set up an appointment for his crew to come out ASAP. The crew was great, on time, knew what they were doing and even helped me move a couple of awkward pieces.Very happy with initial service. ask me again in 6months. I'm sure I will give another great review.

My father has had a yearly termite inspection policy for years with this company that he continues to pay. However, CUSTOMER SERVICE HAS DECLINED TO A POINT OF NO RETURN. Staff is friendly but seemingly cannot do anything except apologize that phone calls are not returned--and take YET ANOTHER MESSAGE. (that will never be returned) IF YOU WANT A COMPANY THAT WILL RESPOND THIS IS NOT THE COMPANY FOR YOU.

I have used this company for years with no complaints. They provide professional, timely service. Our Technician is always courteous and considerate. I highly recommend their service.

This company was great to work with! Roger did our initial inspection and provided us with a couple different options to choose from which allowed us to find something within our budget, very important during this time of increased inflation! This was just one of the things that set Uni-Tech apart from other pest control companies that we requested estimates from. Roger was more thorough in his inspection than the other companies, and the warranty offered is longer than that of the others we met with too. They were on time, professional, and overall a great experience!

I have used Watts for all my pest needs since purchasing my home in 2016- pigeon removal and pigeon proofing, mud daubers, scorpions, spiders, termites ticks and roof/field rats.... they have always done a great job with prompt service. I have referred many friends to them as well. I wouldn't even consider using another company. The employees are courteous and professional and I trust them to be in my home when I am not there to do the bi-monthly service.
