Extremely unprofessional!! Very unorganized office and staff. I used their service twice. Both times paying with the man who came to spray my house. Both times the office called me after and said I never payed. They asked me to even send a picture of my bank account! The first time, I gave in and sent it thinking it was a fluke. However on their next service, the EXACT SAME THING. I’ve talked to their office staff multiple times and never know what’s going on.How unprofessional and disappointing. Will never use their service again and do not recommend!!

This last visit he went above and beyond by coming out twice after hours to ensure he completed the job prior to our bathroom remodel. Mike Willey is also great as the Service Coordinator.
