Villa came and did a full termite treatment on my home about 5 years ago. Since then we have had very little activity. Recently we spotted a few spots on the rear of my home and they came out and treated it very quickly. The people I talk to on the phone and the guys that come out are always friendly and do a very thorough job.

Fabulous. The only issue ever has been Monsoon washing ant bait away even though there was no rain in the forecast. However, I call and they schedule at our convivence for the redo. The second try, I was discussing the probability of rain and potentially rescheduling, and it started sprinkling. He let the office know we needed to reschedule and they called with in the hour to set it up. Highly recommend!

I have been using Arizona Organics for more than 10 years at multiple different houses. Dan has been a constant in doing general bimonthly maintenance and I could not be more pleased with the friendly service he provides. I had a scorpion problem and that has been addressed well (I'm afraid to jinx it by saying too much, but I'm really happy). He clears webs, does treatments that are safe for my dog and always answers questions that come up, either when he's here or by text. If I see a weird bug, I know I can send him a picture and he will advise me. In a previous house, I had a termite problem and Shawn came to diagnose and then continued to provide good quality maintenance.
