Best All-Natural Pest Control in Phoenix AZ

I have been a long-time customer of Bill’s Pest Control. Whenever I cal, they are always friendly and professional on the phone, they are able to schedule according to my needs, and their service people are friendly and also professional.

Fantastic communication skills for a contractor, very helpful and thorough. Not a single problem since we started using them: 10/10.

I used their service to install pigeon deterrence. Andrew went above and beyond to answer my questions, concerns, and he identified trouble areas not seen in the initial free quote. They also cleaned and sanitized the area. My solar panels are now enclosed with meshing. The AC unit and chimney well protected. Those trouble areas I mentioned earlier each using a different detterent for the situation. Very impressed. Great quality, great value.

I couldn't be happier, with Nick, both professionally and personally, after having used two other Pest Control services in the past, without good nor ethical results. (I asked one not to use rat glue traps in my attic, due to the torturous aspect. He ignored my request! The result was haunting.)

Professionally:
Nick answered my call regarding a massive cricket issue, which I thought might entail tearing open a wall. Anyone else might have taken advantage of my ignorance. Nick did not. He answered the call immediately, came to my home, within a few days, sprayed and explained how it works. 3 1/2 weeks later, I noticed a third cricket, pointed out by my cat. I called Nick. He came out and sprayed again, at no extra charge.

Now, nearly 3 months later, I have seen NO CRICKETS.

I wanted to wait a couple months and then kept forgetting to write this review. Then, while listening to a recording of an educational phone call, I heard a loud recurrence of cricket invasion and thought OH NO, NOT AGAIN!
It was not a recurrence ! The recorded call , was about 3 months ago and was done prior to Nick's visit. I could barely hear the recorded speaker over the sound of the crickets!! It was only a recording!
STILL NO CRICKETS!

Personally: I have taken off work, numerous times, for various job quotes. (Pest control, handy man, landscapers, electrician, ...) More than not, they did not show. Or, they showed and ripped me off.

Nick, on the opposite side of the spectrum, brought a pleasant combination of ethics and kindness.

I try not to kill animals, even pests. However, if it will bring damage to my home or threaten my family/pets, I will certainly call Nick again!

My pest specialist called to inform me when he would be arriving. He arrived at that time and was nice. I have used this company a year ago as well and my specialist was always polite and always returned my messages and answered all my questions.

Watch out for driver of truck CL25954, they will cut you off and brake check you! Wish I could give 0 stars!

Family ran company who back up their work and stay with you until the problem is fixed. We've used a couple of other outfits over the years but the customer service and expertise from Watts leaves the others looking second class.
