We have had roughly 50 contractors show up to our house as we have requested multiple services.John gave me a crash course on woodpeckers, and made me feel highly confident in the solutions offered. Have called this company for the past three days to simply request a termite report for a community. Western has been paid over $30,000 to treat and inspect property. Western for some reason can't send a simple report to state time of service and inspection. To me that seems very very suspicious. I keep getting the same answer every time i call. The report will be sent by the local office and yet again another day has passed and I still do not have the requested documents. WOW

I am extremely pleased with this company and with Hector, the technician, who came out and resolved my wasp issue. I had family coming in to town in three days and my home was swarming with wasps! I searched for a company online and I came across them, and boy did I hit the jackpot when I dialed Arizona Heat Pest Services!!! They resolved the problem before my guests arrived! Hector was on time, explained not only the process he was going to perform, but answered my many questions about the pesky insects. He was so thorough, polite, and efficient, that I asked him for some business cards so that I could distribute to my friends and neighbors!! EcoForce was so professional and friendly he did a thorough inspection we actually had the competition out here yesterday and they did not do half the things that Brad did today he didn't just go and look at the mattress and Visually see things he went and tore backs the bedding and actually found things that he was looking for compared to the other company he then proceeded into my daughter's room where we found the little hitchhikers out he pulled back the carpet all the way and when I mean all the way he tore it back all the way he didn't find any bedbugs at all but as a precautionary we went ahead and did a spray just in case there was something still around that maybe we could have missed I have medical problems I did lay down bed bug powder and kind of made a mess in the room what did Brad was so nice enough that he grabbed my vacuum cleaner for me and vacuumed it up. before he left he did a thorough inspection in my other daughter's room, thank God nothing more. I I'm so glad that I called and not have another company come out and I have a good feeling knowing that if we happen to see anything else that there's a warranty and that warranty will be covered. Thank you so much Brad for being professional and most of all honest and not trying to rip people off

I bought a house and it turned out to be a bad case of buyer's remorse. It had termites and they did quite a number on the house. A friend of mine recommended Gary and I called him up. He came quickly and was patient as I looked over my options. I tried finding someone to repair the termite damage and he actually gave me two very solid leads, one of which is actually repairing my place right now.

Not only did he spray my place, he actually collaborated with the construction company to really make sure the termites were gone. He came over, even after he already treated my house, and offered to spray underneath the paneling of my house if there was more infestation. He was actually able to verify that the termites were gone.

I still have a lot to do on my house, but the termites are gone and I am making progress and it is because he really went above and beyond to help me. He was timely, efficient, polite, and just all around a great person to do business with. If I ever have friends and family that have issues with termites, he is going to be the one I recommend. And I recommend him to all of you too.
