Roger Pierce is very good and he is prompt. When service is needed (termite extermination) it is done well. I have used Uni-Tech for the last 7 yrs. I’m pleased with there service.

Highly recommend 520 Termite! We were getting floor installed and termites were found so I called several companies and 520 was the best and responded very quickly. We had a very tight timeline and Mike worked very late into the evening so the floor work could continue the next day. He was extremely reliable and efficient. Don't hesitate to go with this company!

Terrible service specifically asked to be called 30 minute's prior to showing up. Was told the technician called me and left voicemail and never got called or a voicemail on my phone. Was waiting in front of my phone waiting for the phone call . Obviously the do NOT know how to follow instructions. Terrible customer service!!!!!

DJ really took the time to check before he started to make sure there were any problem areas to focus on, suggested extra protection around problem spots that I mentioned with sticky traps and additional spray coverage free of charge and even offered to bring my pile of heavy Amazon packages inside from the front porch for me! Great service. They inform me when they are coming out and inquire if I am having issues with pest anywhere so they could address it at the time of their visit. I would recommend them to anyone who is looking for exterminating servic es.
