Checked in with City Wide and turns out I was spending tons more on Pestie or DIY products and they come and spray for you. Pretty sure I paid these other companies a 100 dollars for a can of RAID...

Website could use work but you just call in and they take care of everything.

AMAZING!!!! I use this company for 4 of my properties AND my moms and sisters house. Absolutely amazing! They are quick to respond and come in a timely matter. Then they listen to you and what is going on with your issue and address that immediately followed by general pest control.
My last pest company would only spray the outside of the house and I would still see bugs. This company sprays inside and out, leaves additional pesticides in areas where we see the most issues. I live in an older area and have a roach problem, after I hired this company (2 yrs) ago, haven’t seen a single roach or other bugs.

Do not use! Horrible services, I have more bugs then I ever have and they charge $250 to cancel my contact. So $500 for two services and I have more bugs than when they started.When I called and got someone to come out under warranty they wouldn't spray the exterior again 30 days after the last service because it was too soon and was told they would not spray again until October (my regular schedule). It makes no sense that they have a warranty but refuse to re treat the property.

David who service's our HOA in Sun City West is consistently friendly, helpful and thorough. He is the best tech since I moved here in 2014. David is the BEST!!!!
