Cole signed us up and we enjoyed speaking with him. The next day Mark came out and did an extremely thorough job. He spent more time spraying than any other pest service we have used in the past. He even sprayed the bushes the trunks of the trees. He was very knowledgeable and a great guy to talk to. I highly recommend them, so glad Cole knocked on our door.

Frontino's customer service is incredible. They are responsive and anytime I have had an issue they show up within 24 hours. We are so glad to support a family owned business who offers superior services and customer service. We have been diligently using them since we bought our house (2 years now) and have always had really great experiences with them. Their techs are really friendly and knowledgeable.

I've been with Sexton for over 12 years now and they have always done a great job for us. Our current technician, Doc, is extremely personable, always on time, does a thorough job (both inside and out), and is very pleasant with the dogs.

Such bad, unprofessional, rude service. Do not recommend. They were so rude to my mother, one of the managers actually hung up on her while she was speaking. If you're looking for respectful and professional service, do NOT go here! So expensive and on top of that have such a bad attitude. No thanks.

We had roaches I just didn’t know how bad. Was using another company. As it got hotter we had more roaches in the house. Called Complete Pest Management. Art came out sprayed inside and out. Before he left I had roaches running for the hills. It was disgusting. But they were all dying. Did a massive clean same day. Still finding a corpse here and there. But not one live one. My only complaint is Art was late and no real communication. However the results make everything ok in my book. I also have 3 dogs of varying sizes Art made sure they were safe too!

I have had the pleasure of Scott coming to service our rental home for three different, unrelated, wasp issues, and each time, he has been super fast, and he takes the time to chat with me about the issue and I end up learning a lot. He is so kind and personable, and he really knows hits critters. While I don't like having pest issues, it is really nice when a person like Scott shows up to help me.

All the bugs are gone plus the scorpions. I have been happy with Bug Science for almost a year. They are on time as scheduled, and are courteous which is good for someone you're going to let into your home. I have a lot of vegetation where bugs live and Bug Science helps me keep up with it. I've been doing airbnb for the last year and I've never had any issues . One of the guests that I had in my home was a homeless man , he was extremely unsanitary. And before he left my home he brought unwanted , and unwelcomed guests in the form of bed bugs. I was getting eaten alive . I swear I was drying my clothes before and after I wore them . I was washing and drying my sheets every night before I went to bed . I would vaccum my entire home , along with my mattress and box spring . I would douse my furniture in bleach . And no matter what I did , nothing I did would work , every night before I went to bed I would get eaten alive . After they completed the heat treatment I could finally rest comfortably in my own bed , in my own home . I am so incredibly grateful to these people for getting rid of my bed bug problem . It was a nightmare dealing with this. I highly reccomend this business. If you've been trying to handle it on your own and nothing you do seems to work . Than I reccomend doing the heat treatment

Spent $450 to have my bird problem taken care of. The birds were back the next day. Was told to wait to see that they relocate, it will take time. I waited a month. Climbed on the roof and found them still nesting. Berry refused to fix the problem until I forked over another $200.

Customer service was really rude, hung the phone up on my face trying to schedule an appointment. Tried to call back they ignored my call and closed the office early.

Phoenix Pest & Termite Control has been great to me in the past. I just called today because the last time (2 weeks ago) that they sprayed my property the treatment didnt do anything to solve my cricket issue.
FYI, I always get service done on Saturday because my wife is going thru cancer treatment and she cant take care of the exterminador so I prefer weekend services. To my surprise when I called I was told that respira have to be done during the week because is free... free??? Wait a minute, I paid for a service that didnt work so why should I be incomodated and force to take a vacation date from work to get the service that I paid for done right. Not only that but the person who answered the phone didnt even care to ask her supervisor for an exception even went I told her that I rather do it on the weekend because of my wife cancer situation. Im very disappointed so I guess that it is time to find another company who can be a little flexible based on the customer circuntances.

Fast and courteous service is what I received from this company. They were quick to attend to my pest issue and I have not had another occurrence of the infestation.

We live in Glendale and have had issues with Scorpions since we purchased over 7 years ago. Over the last year we have worked with Ryan on our scorpion issue. Ryan suggested a product called Aversion. It is like a glass coating that is applied to the perimeter of your house outside and makes it impossible for scorpions to crawl up your foundation thus not being able to get into your house. It is a wonderful product and has made our home life so much better. Thank you Ryan for working with us and finding this solution.

We had problems with ants & spiders so we called thunderbird to get rid of them. Gary asked good questions and came right over and they are now gone. Thanks Gary.
