Citywide Pest Control has been keeping our home pest-free for years now, in two different homes. From the folks in the office (especially Angela), to the technicians (especially Dave), I am confident I'm getting superior pest control service and spectacular customer service with Citywide.

For the past year, Dave has been our technician -- and I hope he STAYS our technician for as long as possible!

Dave visits once a month to keep our home and yard cricket/ant/pest-free. And, I call it a visit, not a service call because, with Dave, it's like having a (very skilled, helpful) friend come over for a quick chat. Now, to be clear, we've had several Citywide technicians in the past and they've all been professional. But Dave's in a league of his own.

Dave, who is always on time, ALWAYS greets me with a big smile and a cheerful hello – very early in the morning. He somehow manages to do the job efficiently and effectively, while working around my cats (and cat stuff), AND while engaging in a truly delightful morning chat. He's a real gem of a guy. And he's effective too because since he first came to address a big ant problem, we've had zero issues with pests of any sort.

And it's not just Dave who has been great with us. Everyone I've dealt with at Citywide has been a pleasure to work with.

When we moved into a new (old) home last year, we discovered a termite issue. The company that had warranted against termites during inspection reneged on the warranty, so we called up Citywide. They were out, fixing the problem in two days! A couple days later, I received an email from Angela apologizing because, due to a mix up, the workers had not treated the garage as originally proposed. She gave me two options: they would come out (next day) to treat the garage, or they would issue refund. Either way, warranty would apply to the house and garage (in which no infestation was discovered).

Now, here's the thing: There is NO way I would, or could, have known that they hadn't treated the garage, because I wasn't there during the service (and wouldn't know how to tell when I got there). The company COULD have let it slide. But - they didn't.

Citywide was HONEST. And that's the kind of company I want providing termite/pest protection to my home.

If there was an option to not put in a star at all that is what they truly deserve zero Stars. I have never dealt with a more incompetent company in my life. They don't come when they say they're going to they don't give you confirmation calls they don't keep information in their system that they should have in there and this is constant. I watch several homes in the valley for clients that live elsewhere throughout the year and the ones that have Sexton, I have the same problems with every year and every year I dread having to deal with them. They can't get their act together in the office and even there service techs that come out tell me how frustrated they are as well because they get the upset customer they have to deal with because of the incompetency of their office staff. There are so many better companies out there that will provide good customer service I don't know why anybody would deal with them

Have always been professional and on time, calls before arriving. Enjoy working with them.

Made an attempt to call many pest control & bed bug companies in Phoenix however this one kept my attention. Dylan was so attentive to my bed bug issues and recommended bed bug treatment methods that made a lot of sense for my family situation. I've gone ahead with the service and was very pleased with the attention I received. They made bed bug removal a breeze, and I highly recommend everyone in Phoenix use them for any type of pest control.

I got a proactive termite treatment done on my property, since termites are so prevalent in Phoenix. Justin was awesome, and the price was very fair. He went above and beyond in every way.
After he finished the job and left the property, I went into the bathroom, and smoke (yes, smoke), was coming out of the a/c vents, along with an acrid electrical fire type smell. It was most frightening. It dissipated after about 5 minutes, and has not come back, but I so appreciated that after I called Justin, he came back to double check everything to make sure that I was safe.
I’ve yet to determined what caused the smoke, but I did really appreciate Justin’s quick response to check everything for me, and give me peace of mind.
I would 100% recommend this company to other.

We have been using Russell Pest Control for 20 years. We have always been pleased with their service. They have sprayed monthly for insects, and checked if we felt we had any other potential problems. The service people are always prompt and efficient. For the past year and a half they have always worn a mask which we have certainly appreciated. We anticipate never needing any other pest control company.

Bug Science is high quality and professionally run company but they make you feel like family. Spence was obviously good at his job but his concern for my home and my dogs was exceptional and made it feel so personal. The cost was very reasonable. They were able to schedule in a very timely fashion. The office staff was so responsive and the techs were fantastic. What more could I ask for!

Ryan and his team are amaizing to work with. They take the time to ensure they answer all of your questions and train you properly on their equiptment. The system is easy to use and makes set up/tear down a breeze. If you are looking for quality training or quality equipment, you have found it! We won't use any one else and neither should you! I love Aptive. They do a great job every time they come out. I really appreciate that they do not charge if we need another spray done in between seasonal treatments. We have had the pleasure of having Wolf Pest Control service our property and home for the past 15 plus years. There has never been any issue that wasn't handled in a very timely fashion. I think they are just the best of the best! When we move, they are going to move with us!!!

The Pideon Specialist conducted a very thorough inspection of our roof and gave us many options for the removal and deterrent of the pigeons in our area. We are very pleased witht he work they have done.

Authentic professional grade insecticides, when they perform a treatment they don't use bunk spray that will keep them coming back.

We used Paul's for the termite inspection of our house before purchasing it. Paul marked that there was no visible evidence of termites. Immediately upon moving in, our pest control company noticed termite mud tunnels just simply walking up to the front door. Four other companies completed inspections and all found termite activity. It's very frustrating that we paid for this inspection and yet the free inspections we received afterwards were better.
