Great folks really diligent in their work

Moved to Phoenix recently and needed pest control because I found a scorpion in my house. I remembered I had received a welcome to your new home post card from Urban Desert Pest Control, so I called to schedule appointment. I was in panic mode about the scorpions. When Jose arrived ready to take on the job, He actually calmed my fears such a delightful gentleman. He took the time to help me understand how scorpions enter a house, what to do when I see one and how to dispose of it safely. I can't express my gratitude to Jose for his time and trouble. I’ve been a customer for about 5 years now and I’m pleased with their services. I haven’t had any issues, they keep my home clear and safe for my kids. I also recently added their mosquito buckets service and that’s a game changer a must for the crazy amount of mosquitoes we get here.

Words cannot describe the extraordinary service that Alex provides. Having just moved to the area, we had a single treatment of our house. However we were staying at a nearby temporary rental and saw what we thought we would never have to see - a scorpion. I simply texted Alex for advice - he called immediately and offered to come and deal with the scorpion within the next 15 minutes (again at my rental not even our house). Even with such a new relationship he provided service that I would have never expected - I could not imagine ever using another service and would highly recommend him to everyone!!

Burns pest control has been servicing my needs for over 2 years. This is the first time I had them spray my New House. Randy did a terrific job!!

Benito was prompt, friendly, and efficient. He listened to my concerns and treated all the areas necessary to protect us from termites. He double checked our house inside and out, and made sure to tell me to call if I have any concerns or notice any activity.

Eric has been amazing with treating our house. It had been neglected from treatment for what seemed like several years prior to us buying the home. Eric was able to come in and explain exactly why I was having certain pest issues and provided me ways I can help reduce it. He always calls prior to coming on-site and checks in about any current issues or problem areas on my property. Scheduling is easy, payment is easy, and communication about any changes is prompt. I would highly recommend this company and specifically Eric! Thanks Eric for all your hard work getting rid of those pests for us!

I used Western Exterminator in PHX area for weed control. The tech assigned to me always seemed to have an excuse to cancel appointment. Eventually he stopped contacting me for any scheduling, it has been over 18 months since last contact.I also use Western Exterminator in Tucson and have outstanding service and support from Steven for 10 years.

So I moved to Phoenix from back east. Move into my new home. I'm outside at night....see something on the ground move and omg its scorpion. I have kids I don't think so. Hubby calls Master Tech the next day and they send someone over. The tech was awesome. Okay I don't do creepy crawlies at all. Carl thank you for totally going pest Rambo on my home. I will recommend and use again.
