We discovered termites in our home, I called to have them come & look at it. We dealt with Jon & he was a superb technician! He was able to inform us what we had going on & what we needed to fix the issue. They scheduled us right away & followed thru promptly. I originally called for just a one time spray for fleas & ticks for my dogs but ended up actually just getting them as a full time service! Everyone at the front office was fast to get back to me and answer all my questions. I had Porter come do the initial spray and they were very thorough! Its been 4 months and I haven't seen a tick since. Brian and Hunter come by to do my monthly sprays and they are both very nice. They tell me everything they did. Today Brian even had given dog treats to my dogs!(smart guy!) I love this company, how personal they make me feel and I plan to keep them as long as they will have me!

Joshua is very knowledgeable about effective ways to combat the bugs and critters around our house. He clearly explains what his applications of pest control products will accomplish and does so safely. His concern for our satisfaction is admirable as he is quick to respond to any concern about an unwelcome bug or scorpion in our house. I had Heath here today for a termite inspection, I believe he's been here previously for the same. He was masked, which I appreciated although I personally was not so concerned d/t fact I’ve had both of my vaccines.He was very friendly, personable, knowledgeable and professional. I'm so grateful to City Wide for their wonderful, honest service. I called Donna in the office with a problem I was having, and she was so understanding and patient and helped me. I needed someone to go out that day and inspect for termites, and she was able to ask one of her technicians to help. James went out of his way to make time to go by and inspect the property, so the sale of my property could close the next day. I can't tell you what it meant to find honesty and kindness that day when we had been having problems for weeks with the sale of our home. I would recommend this company to anyone. If I could rate this company zero I would. When I spoke to the person who was setting up my service she lied to me about the price, When I asked them to pull up the call they gave me some bogus excuse on why they can’t pull up the call. When a supervisor finally reach out to me after a month of trying to get one to call me back. When I spoke to Chris the supervisor he was very unhelpful and did not provide me with a solution. Now they are charging me $200 to get out of this contract, when no one even explain that their would be a contract. This company lies and deceives you. Save your money and go elsewhere.

Communication and courtesy make me loyal to a company. Brandin, the owner, came by after I purchased my home and took the time to introduce himself and his company. It makes me happy to see good local businesses thriving and Brandin did a great job! When he comes by to spray, he takes the time explain what he will be doing and then follows up with what to expect and anything he may have come across. He is punctual, professional, and seems like a very nice person. I will definitely continue using Frontino’s services.

We have been using Russell Pest Control for 20 years. We have always been pleased with their service. They have sprayed monthly for insects, and checked if we felt we had any other potential problems. The service people are always prompt and efficient. Phoenix Pest & Termite Control has been great to me in the past. I just called today because the last time (2 weeks ago) that they sprayed my property the treatment didnt do anything to solve my cricket issue.
FYI, I always get service done on Saturday because my wife is going thru cancer treatment and she cant take care of the exterminador so I prefer weekend services. To my surprise when I called I was told that respira have to be done during the week because is free... free??? Wait a minute, I paid for a service that didnt work so why should I be incomodated and force to take a vacation date from work to get the service that I paid for done right. Not only that but the person who answered the phone didnt even care to ask her supervisor for an exception even went I told her that I rather do it on the weekend because of my wife cancer situation. Im very disappointed so I guess that it is time to find another company who can be a little flexible based on the customer circuntances.
