GREAT SERVICE!I just moved into my new rental home in January, shortly afterwards we found out our property was infested with ticks. I called Bill's Pest Control who advised they needed to do 3 sprays to get rid of the problem. You guys sent out Summer, and she was AMAZING! She was knowledgeable, honest, and she got the job done. She came when she said she would, she advised us what to expect, gave us some helpful tips, and the sprays were reasonably priced. Summer was the best woman for the job, and I will be recommending her and Bill's Pest Control to our family and friends. Thank you so much for the awesome job you guys did, and for the amazing professionalism!

Cameron came out for the quarterly visit today and did a great job spraying around and inside my house. He was really nice and made me feel comfortable when he was inside. I love that they always come within the window they say they will and it's a short window. This company has always been so nice and has done such a great job every time they're here. I'm usually very sensitive to the smell of bug spray but whatever they use not only works but doesn't bother me or my pets.

Words cannot describe the extraordinary service that Alex provides. Having just moved to the area, we had a single treatment of our house. However we were staying at a nearby temporary rental and saw what we thought we would never have to see - a scorpion. I simply texted Alex for advice - he called immediately and offered to come and deal with the scorpion within the next 15 minutes (again at my rental not even our house). Even with such a new relationship he provided service that I would have never expected - I could not imagine ever using another service and would highly recommend him to everyone!!

We have used Truly Nolen for over eight years. They may be a bit more expensive than the folks that just spray all through your home, but we prefer to keep the poisons out of our home. Their extrerior zone defense works great, resulting in little or no pesticides in our home. Last year we had a problem with scorpions. They determined that the scorpions were in the walls. Under warranty and at no charge to us, they did what is normally a very expensive treatment - drilling tiny holes between the studs and injecting the pesticide into the walls. We have had no scorpions or other bugs since that time.

We started using Insectek early last year(2021) We had our yard worked on and soon found out after that we had a huge scorpion problem. Being a new mom, my baby was only a couple months old, I found one on my baby's tummy time pad and I was terrified. We found 6-8 of them inside the house, and averaging catching 2-3 a night outside the entire summer. It was BAD! Insectek listened to our concerns, has been attentive to our needs, comes out monthly to monitor our house,sets out traps, as well as spray and out down the powder that no only kills Scorpion prey but it kills scorpions as well. They are also very reasonable compared to some of the other companies, they use non toxic products which are safe for my dog and baby. It has taken some time to get things under control as our problem was pretty bad, but I'm happy to say that so far year we have only found 5 Scorpions outside(its June, we starting hunting them every night in March) and I'm a little more relaxed now that I know we are well taken care of with Insectek. I highly recommend them!

I have been using Arizona Organics for more than 10 years at multiple different houses. Dan has been a constant in doing general bimonthly maintenance and I could not be more pleased with the friendly service he provides. I had a scorpion problem and that has been addressed well (I'm afraid to jinx it by saying too much, but I'm really happy). He clears webs, does treatments that are safe for my dog and always answers questions that come up, either when he's here or by text. If I see a weird bug, I know I can send him a picture and he will advise me. In a previous house, I had a termite problem and Shawn came to diagnose and then continued to provide good quality maintenance. Cody was nice we were initially upset because there was nothing showing he was from action termite. He was using his own vehicle and had parked away from our property. We saw him walking back and forth looking at our home but initially we always get a courtesy call my mom did not realize he did call on her backup phone number. Overall the inspection went well but just feedback they employees need business cards or something to identify them or send a email or text with the employee picture there has been a lot of unusual activity in our neighborhood. So I was bit suspicious all is fine now that we spoke with the company and got clarity.

They came into my house and did an inspection and left all my lights on, left the windows open, moved all of my pots and pans out and then left them all on my counter without putting them back, and the simplest thing they moved my welcome mat and just left it there like someone threw it out-of-the-way, he took my mirror closet door off the tracks and left it off for me to put back by myself, lastly he turned down my AC to 72 and left it there and did not change it back. I came home from work early thank goodness and closed on my windows which was letting out all the cold air the AC was pumping out. Super unprofessional in my opinion. This man was in my house and left it a mess can’t believe how unconcerned he was about my home! NEVER do I want this company in my home again! We talked to the realtor who was working with them and informed them about the issues also.

Ruben Chavez always comes when he says he will. He listens to our complaints and insects and rectifies the problem. I'm very satisfied.
