So far I’m impressed. I REALLY appreciate that they seem straightforward and haven’t used scare tactics on me. We’ve had a couple of cockroaches spotted over the course of several months and they were reassuring that it’s not an infestation and didn’t try to scare me into starting their services. Sooooo appreciate that! But we’re starting a monthly service with them just as maintenance/preventative because one cockroach is one too many for me!!!! Also no contract no gimmicks just stop making appointments when we don’t need/want the service. Again, so far I’m impressed!

Josh is a high quality person, running a high quality business. We’ve been using him for 4 years now regularly and I can honestly say I’ve never seen spiders, crickets, or anything of that nature. There was a small issue in our kitchen because of some honey that got left out and created a sugar ant issue and he came right over and cleared that up, too.

It’s nice to have a professional around that you can lean on and trust to just do their job, how they say they’re going to do it— and when! It’s obvious he doesn’t care solely about money, and really wants to make a difference! We look forward to using him and referring him to our friends for years to come.

terrible service, very unprofessional, didn't show when they were supposed to and didn't call. Said they needed to seal the house as part of the rat service after they had been coming for 2 months and not catching anything. spent 20 minutes in the attic with a drill, when asked about the gaping openings by the electric panel and by a house beam stated those don't matter. After tech left he called me to state he should have charged me additional 395.00 for sealing the house and if I didn't pay him 200.00 right away he was going to come take it all away. He was rude and threatening. I stated I would make a BBB complaint as what he did was illegal. He called back few minutes later to say it's ok he won't remove anything. Next service date he didn't show up between 10-12 like he was supposed to (this was a recurring problem with them) but called after 5pm to say he was coming by to remove the traps and my service was terminated. They showed up during the service not having traps, not having correct traps, not having bait, 3 times they asked me to supply bait for the traps, said they were going to do several things needed to catch the rats-which they never did. And never caught a rat. My husband and I flushed out a rat from our bush and killed 7 babies that were in there. Needless to say I will never use this company again and neither should you unless you want to throw away your money. If possible I would give them negative stars!

Eco Valley is very professional and thorough, even taking care of details I had not anticipated. We were excited to see that their services handled scorpions which is comforting knowing our dogs are now safer. We will definitely continue and recommend their services. ?

I live in one of the old estate lots of Arcadia, and we have roof rats! Tyler came out and made some recommendations, set some traps and I have not had a problem since. Great work guys! Highly recommend.

We moved into a preowned home and noticed right away that there were
many pigeons on the roof. When it rained the roof eves would rain down
water and pigeon droppings all over our patio. What a mess. In addition the pigeons would leave droppings on the patio that required hosing off every two days. We did not know what to do. So we asked our neighbors and one of them recommended The Pigeon Specialist. They came out and I could not believe how effective they were. We rarely see a pigeon on our roof and at the same time we see multitudes of pigeons on our neighbors roofs. Having The Pigeon Specialist put up wire, mesh, and little wax dishes, really worked. Annette and Ken are great - super friendly, always on-time and provide me with superior service compared to the other companies. They are not a franchise and so I never feel treated like I was just another number.

I also love the fact that they are able to help with all of my needs, including termites, and they give a free termite inspection. I will always use them for my pest control needs in the Phoenix area.

The nightmare of finding and dealing with bed bugs is extremely embarrassing (even though none of our fault) and unnerving. We immediately called Ryan who I have had knockout our termites and pretty much yearly spray for weeds and basic pest services. Ryan and his team are prompt, professional, and by far the best price for the quality and service you receive. I handed them the keys and left. I don’t mean this lightly, but finally, we can rest at night again knowing Ryan and his knowledge and expertise took care of our problem.

Preventive makes my home safe of active scorpions. I continue to use Preventive because their service works, technicians respect my property and their pricing is great.

If you want an honest job done this is the only place to go. They treat you like family and will show up when they are supposed to. Could not ask for any better service.

Invader Pest Control has been our exterminator for many years. Bugs are gone! If we have a problem (scorpions in the hot weather) Invader will use the correct chemicals to eliminate them. They did termite service several years ago and we haven't had a problem since then. Thanks Invader!

We moved here from NY and we're not familiar with scorpions. Had one in the house and we freaked out because we have small children. Aldo came out right away, Scorpio froof our home and comes out monthly for regular service. Now my wife and I can feel safe in our home. We highly recommend Arizonas Exterminator Company.

We have evidence of gophers and kangaroo rats making tunnels in our yard. they are working to remove them.

After having my appointment cancelled an hour before the scheduled time, the technician never even showed up to the second appointment. I was told via text message, “The 7:30am appointment is the first appointment of the day, so the technician will be there right at that time instead of the 2 hour window.” The phone number I received text messages from never responded and the phone on your website said it was out of service when I called for an update.

I have now wasted too much of my time waiting for your company.

You should be conducting better service than this.
