Chase from Bill's Pest & Termite Company came out and serviced our residence on December 26,2018. He was punctual and very professional. He thoroughly explained what he was going to do and finished in a timely manor. We are happy with the service and look forward to being termite free.

When I decided to change my pest control company, I did a lot of research and chose Urban Pest Control. To start, I gave them our most difficult pest management problem - roof rats in the crawl space above the ceiling. After 10 years of on-again off-again problems, they identified the entry points missed by my previous supplier and we have had no problems since that time. I then gave them my general pest control business followed by my termite control contract. The termite barrier had been created more than 17 years ago and needed to be redone. Their price was very reasonable and they did an excellent job. Andrew and Tyler even removed and released a 3.5 ft. snake from some timbers we had in the back yard. Everyone involved with this company has been pleasant, helpful and efficient. I strongly recommend this company for all your pest control needs.

I found these folks through my Angie's List deals. I purchased their services for $99. They came and spray the entire interior and then power sprayed the exterior. I think they did a great job and plan on getting monthly service from them. I am very pleased with the personnel. They were friendly, polite, and respectful of my property. Doc is very reliable & gives us helpful advice as to what we might do during the times he isn't scheduled to be here. Although we have a set schedule for Doc to come & treat for pests, he is very flexible when plans have to be changed. We have had Doc since we moved to this area & will continue to do so. It's good to know you have a person treating for pests on whom you can rely!

We had roaches I just didn’t know how bad. Was using another company. As it got hotter we had more roaches in the house. Called Complete Pest Management. Art came out sprayed inside and out. Before he left I had roaches running for the hills. It was disgusting. But they were all dying. Did a massive clean same day. Still finding a corpse here and there. But not one live one. My only complaint is Art was late and no real communication. However the results make everything ok in my book. I also have 3 dogs of varying sizes Art made sure they were safe too!

I called this company to help me with a pigeon problem. After two phone calls and a e-mail with photos of my roof they never even called me back. This company is what I call a “no show” I sent the pictures as soon as he asked for them. I wouldn’t hire this company becousw the owner is a Bullshiter
