I called the office and was pleasantly guided towards providing value. The staff provided an appointment for Tony to come out and visit our home. He was prompt, prepared, and literally ready to do the work on the spot. We scheduled out for a few days since we needed to be prepared to have the water turned off for him to do the work.

He came back though, completed the work better than my expectation, and the job is never a penny more than the quoted bid. You aren't paying for a guy to sit around and milk you for time and run the bill up. If it's $300, that's it. 1 hour or 3 hours, you are locked in which is a nice change from the guess work that can happen on vague project timelines.

I hired Jeremy the Handyman/First Leaf Construction to correct a poorly sized attic opening at my older home. Jeremy did a fantastic job coming out to take a look/discuss options and provided a clear and reliable proposal. The new opening and corresponding door turned out perfect, with absolute high quality. The cabinets are GREAT--I love them, they look professional and classy, and are an absolutely great help in organizing my garage space. I called Honest Handyman after a Google search and reading their reviews. I first hired Kyle for a simple kitchen drawer repair, adding a dimmer switch to a wall socket, and a few other odd repairs.

Kyle arrived on time, calling ahead to say he was on the way. He was well-informed and knew what it would take to complete the projects, which he completed correctly and within a reasonable time.

So exceptional is Kyle’s work, I hired him a second time to build flooring in the attic for extra storage, replace a kitchen faucet, repair a curtain rod bracket, repair a desk drawer, and hang some artwork. You can tell from all the work I’ve had done how versatile Kyle is. He’s also providing me a quote to install an outside light fixture for the patio. There’s nothing this guy can’t do!
