We love this company! We get regular pest control service from them. They are completely thorough, and they always take the time to answer my questions and make sure that we are satisfied with our services. They come out between services to address any issues that might pop up, and their service providers are always informative and courteous. You won't be disappointed!

I had tried solving my rodent problem on my own for months. Finally I gave in and called out a professional. That professional was still unable to solve my problem and overcharged me to boot. I was at my wits end when I called Urban Desert Pest Control and was taken care of right from the beginning.First I got an appointment scheduled, along with a nice reminder a day before the appointment. Next an inspection was done followed by a list of options and no pressure to choose any of them. Last they did and charged exactly as described. All appointments were on time and everything was clearly communicated. Very happy with everything.

Fair and expedient service. Just recently our grandmother phoned us worried about about bed bugs. The next door neighbors had told her that they had to call an exterminator about the issue not to long ago. Since there is a possibility of shared duct work since its a duplex apartment we decided to call these guys for an inspection. Neither of our family members have the luxury of taking off work so we asked for them to be there at 7:30 am sharp because we wanted to make sure everything was handled properly for our grandmothers sake before we had to leave to go to work. He arrived at 7:30 sharp. He did the full inspection, told us we had nothing to worry about, and that what my grandmother and her healthcare worker saw were just a couple of very tiny spiders. It took all of 5 minutes and we were on with our days. Couldn't have asked for much more, big thanks to Chris Krchnavy, someone give that man a medal....or a cookie... whichever he prefers.

We have a monthly service and we're always notified when they expect to be at our home. They are thorough with their assessment of our property and pleasant to work with.

I want to thank you for your wonderful service. Jahmaine came out to handle my gopher problem and he was most pleasant. He gave me a history lesson on gophers and there tunneling. I was very impressed with his knowledge. He was very professional and explained in detail what he was going to do and why. A week later he returned as promised and removed the pesty gopher and showed me the gopher’s claws for digging and his long teeth. I was overjoyed that he caught this gopher as I have been trying for months to get rid of this varmint. I am definetly going to call your company if I have any rodent, bug, pests, etc problems in the future. Thank you again for the quick, efficient service and what I thought very reasonable pricing. I had called another company and they were 3Xs the price. Watts is the way to go.

Contractors Pest Control is the best pest control company we’ve found. TJ, our technician, is thorough and communicates with us to let us know when he will be at the house and to see what we need treated. We back a wash and live in an area that is prone to termites and scorpions, but we haven’t had a single issue once we started using Contractors. They come monthly too, which is great, because we started having issues when our other pest control company cut back their frequency. So many of them now will only come out once every 3 or 4 months for service but still charge as much as they would if they were coming out monthly.

Barry helped me out a lot with my pigeon problem.

I had gotten a letter in the mail from HOA about taking care of the pigeon problem I was having at my house, so I decided to research places and get quotes.

What I appreciated most about Barry was that he didn't try to B.S. me into spending more than I needed to. They gave me the fairest and cheapest quote BY FAR! I'm talking a fraction of the price of other companies for quality work. They don't try to up-sell you or try to get you to take care of areas that aren't even problems. Barry told me straight up that these were my problem areas, and these are areas that MAY become a problem, but as for now, I would only take care of these bad spots. He let me know that if I wanted to be proactive, they would definitely help handle the other areas for me, but he didn't push me to try to make a sale. I really appreciated how real he kept it with me.

Another thing I liked was that he was very flexible and willing to work with me on my schedule and payment.

He told me to give it a few days to a couple weeks before the pigeons completely move on, but so far so good. I wake up every morning to the sounds of pigeons outside my bedroom window, but I haven't heard any pigeons outside my window yet!

All in all, I'm glad to have crossed paths with Barry and the company. Will definitely be giving them a call if I ever need them for anything else.
