It is a very bad company, they have a bad reputation that their houses have lichen very soon, their workers do very bad jobs. I do not recommend it.

I contacted several roofing companies and finally decided on Lyon's. Why? Because, of their reputation, their professionalism, and I liked the way they presented their products and warranties.

When they started my job their crew was on time and got to work quickly. The job manager kept me in the loop every day and throughout the day as things came about. When you have an older house you expect things that need to be done, it's just part of it. The job manager would bring any issue to me and tell me what needed to be done and the cost as well. Not to mention I went on the roof and saw for myself. So that way I knew I wasn't being fleeced. We truly expected to have things replaced given the age of the roof.

During the demo and replacement of my roof, my neighbors would come over and comment on how fast they got the old roof on and the new one on. They were truly impressed. So were we!!

When the job was completed they came by for another walk-through, yes, I did get on the roof again, everything was perfect. If there was anything to question or change, they were right there to make it right. They were a bit more expensive from many of the others, but you always get what you pay for. We have been extremely happy with the job that Lyon's did and would recommend them highly. The warranty is fantastic and we won't have to worry about our roof again.

We had a little yellow stain in the ceiling of our room and called America Roofing to come and check it out. Ended up not being a leak from our roof but Ray ended up putting a little extra caulk around some of the pipes on the roof and told us it was likely a drip from our AC. Absolutely loved the honesty, whenever we need to redo our roof or there is another problem, absolutely going to go to America Roofing first.

My roof leaked in the strangest spot, Will came out and gave an very fair est. for the repair, it did end up being slightly more but only because the repair ended up being larger. But it needed to be done because the previous owners roof replacement was done wrong and cut corners and obviously ran off the with claim money. They inspected the rest of the roof and at this time everything seems good, Will and his team made it right. They scheduled me in during the busiest week ever and were on time, clean, friendly and got the job done efficiently and quickly. They are a trusted team not only from what I experienced, but lol the neighbor grandma gave them lunch that day. I just found that out. I highly recommend Patterson Roofing, they are in my address book for when I need a new roof. I fully support locally family owned businesses, they are my first go to for everything.

Thank you to Jack and Luis! I called because I needed some cracked tiles and exposed nails looked at for the sale of my home. We were in a time crunch due to the closing date. Jack and Luis were able to get the entire roof done in ONE DAY the day after I called seeking help! BEWARE OF GEO ROOFING!!! GEO ROOFING IS A HORRIBLE HORRIBLE COMPANY!!! IN EARLY FEBRUARY MIKE PETERSON (GEO SALESMAN) CAME TO MY HOUSE AND GAVE ME A QUOTE FOR A NEW ROOF ON MY HOUSE. HE SAID THEY WERE RUNNING 2-3 WEEKS OUT. I PAID THEM A DOWN PAYMENT OF 5500 AND THEY GAVE ME AN INSTALL DATE FOR FEBRUARY 26 2019. LETTY (GEO OFFICE MANAGER) CALLED ME ON THE EVENING OF FEBRUARY 25TH (THE DAY BEFORE THEY WERE SUPPOSED TO START) AND TOLD ME THEY WOULDN'T BE ABLE TO START UNTIL MARCH 6TH NOW BECAUSE THEY WERE SO BACKED UP. MARCH 6TH CAME AROUND AND NOBODY SHOWED UP AND NOBODY CALLED ME TO LET ME KNOW WHAT WAS GOING ON. I TRIED TO CALL MIKE PETERSON (GEO SALESMAN) AND HE DIDN'T ANSWER. I LEFT HIM A MESSAGE AND HE NEVER CALLED ME BACK. HOURS LATER LETTY (GEO OFFICE MANAGER) CALLS ME AND SAYS ALL HER ROOF WORKERS GOT IN A CAR ACCIDENT AND NOW THEY WOULDN'T BE ABLE TO START UNTIL MARCH 11TH. SO THAT DAY CAME AROUND AND GUESS WHAT...NOBODY SHOWED UP AGAIN AND NO CALL FROM GEO LETTING ME KNOW WHAT WAS GOING ON. I TRIED TO CALL LETTY BUT SHE WOULD NOT TAKE MY CALL. THEY HAVE A RECEPTIONIST SCREENING ALL THE CALLS. THE RECEPTIONIST WAS VERY INSISTENT ON GETTING MY NAME AND WHY AM I CALLING. THEY WOULD NOT REFUND MY 5500 DOWN PAYMENT SO I HAD TO CALL MY CREDIT CARD COMPANY AND DISPUTE THE CHARGE!!! THIS COMPANY IS SOOOO BAD. I JUST DON'T WANT THIS TO HAPPEN TO ANYBODY ELSE.
