Truly exceptional service! Jason did such a great job on our window. He kept in touch with us throughout on when he would be there, and had the work done in the timeline as promised. He came highly recommended to us, and I can see why. Very reasonable pricing also. Thank you Jason!

We hired Lasting Impressions last year to do the back half of our home windows and were overall very pleased. Their Salesman, Jeff Boshoven, is awesome, detail oriented and a great, upbeat personality. The drawback was they only do install, not after install clean up of the stucco/paint. So we had to find someone else to perform that which we felt was odd. Their customer service was great, Lori even got my windows all registered with Milgard and was a delight to work with.
Fast forward to this year and we decided to go ahead and do the front half of the house realizing pricing is going up! This time we got more bids and, while Lasting Impressions was not the cheapest, we felt comfortable with them and their great customer service. Jeff once again came out, took measurements and did all his part flawlessly! The install had issues. The guys spent all day on one window. They were banging and trying to jimmy it in so hard, they broke it. Don't understand why they just shave the frame a bit to accommodate the window. The interior detail was lacking this time too, poor caulking and touch up work. They ripped another windows screen.
The replacement window arrived and was installed, but the young man said he was not there to fix the touch up work. So we called Jeff who came over. We pointed out another window that looked odd; hard to tell because it is high up. Jeff said it needs to be repaired and would have the office get on it. We said okay and stupidly paid him, believing all would be done like before. Nope!
Lori, who we had worked with so well the first time now was nonresponsive. I had been asking about the window serial numbers so i could register them and the ripped screen and defective window. Finally, I emailed Jeff and got a reply from someone else. Appears Jeff no longer works there (shocking since he's the only one responsive). Lori sent a snarky email saying I had just sent my email on Friday and she had taken a day off. Well I had actually sent the email 10 days earlier... it all spiraled out of control. Karen stepped in and got our new windows registered, and advised Jeff had put in a repair request on the defective window prior to his departure, he also go the screen replaced.
Now that Jeff is gone and seeing how customer service has gone downhill, we do not recommend Lasting Impressions... their only priority is getting paid. Bummer because we had liked them. We are still awaiting the defective window being fixed... but Lasting Impressions is paid in full so they don't care!

I recently had a rep come to my home for a quote, as I was not made aware of the option for a virtual consultation. I found the experience underwhelming and have since decided to go with another company.
Right off the bat, I had concerns. I was walking into the property with my mask on when the salesperson walked up, mask in hand, and asked Mask or no mask? I was taken aback - I was already wearing mine so obviously I valued the courtesy. At no point during the consultation did the rep wear gloves and social distancing was definitely not enforced. Despite what is listed here, customer safety does not seem to be a concern for this rep.
The salespitch itself was definitely a high pressure situation. Even when we had run over an hour and I was saying that I had a really long day and wanted to finish up, the salesperson insisted I read every warranty and quote from their competitors in the sales binder. Before I even got the quote, he explained that it would have 3 prices: the regular price, a discounted price that is good for 30 days (75%ish of the regular price), and a one-night only special price (60%ish of the regular price) if I signed a contract right then. I very clearly told him that I would not be signing anything that day and not to even bother writing up this special price. However, even after saying I wanted to wrap things up, he took the extra time to calculate the special price and then tried to sell it to me after I clearly said no, making me read out loud the 4 conditions of this special price I didn't even want. Oh, and I almost forgot to mention when he tried to stump me by asking about united inches. I told him yeah, I know what that is, half the window perimeter and he said no, it's actually length plus height, which for those who don't remember is exactly the same thing as half the perimeter.
Overall, I felt a bit patronized and definitely not like I was being respected. The windows definitely seemed to be good quality, but I wouldn't recommend this company due to high pressure sales tactics and poor COVID-19 prevention practices.

Called and they arrived as scheduled. Replaced windshield in no time. Upon inspecting due to being at work, my side trim had crumbled apart at the rubber seams due to having to be removed for windshield install. I called and Mike a manager came out and inspected them and got them covered under my insurance also. This is the kind of service I give being a mechanic and expect in return. Will definitely use again. If need be in the future.

I bought a used car and got a really good price because of the fact that it was missing the front windshield. So, I looked around for a good price because I obviously didn’t have insurance yet. Phoenix Mobile Auto Glass came in at half the price the dealership quoted me and they came to my house to put the windshield in at no extra fee! ? for your great service!

WHATEVER YOU DO DONT GET YOUR VEHICLE WRAPPED HERE!!!!! You will be conned, scammed, misled, misinformed and thoroughly regret it if you do.They are non thorough, unprofessional and amateur at their craft & execution. I was able to gain knowledge from an expert in the field that pointed out tape residue left behind, visible bubbles in the wrap and early sign of peeling where it was poorly administered and terribly done.. If I could give ZERO STARS I would. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY OR TIME if you value your vehicle.... It's not what I signed, it's why I signed. I signed because I was mislead, misinformed and lied to. You knew of my hesitation, reluctance and skepticism, you were unthorough, the owner helped put this poorly done wrap on knowing I was leery and the results clearly show the flaws. I have a friend whose wrap was done by this place and it was poorly done as well, I pointed out many flaws in his wrap job. Had I been properly informed I WOULD NOT have signed this trash. Had you been more thorough we could've avoided this. An expert taught me how the process should've been. Thankfully I got my money back.

They did a fantastic job of patching the rock chip. And only took about 20 minutes. He also touched up a few small ones. ??
