Allstate did a great job with fine attention to detail. Wasn't expecting the daily clean up. When substrate issues arose, they quickly informed us of the options, cost and then followed through. Would highly recommend.

I needed roof vents installed as my attic was very hot in the summer, after contacting Sheldon (TSM Roofing) he came to look at my house and within a week started the work (installation of 6 high quality roof turbines) which he and his helper completed in about 2-3 hours for the exact great price he quoted me.

I had the opportunity to use Ky-Ko roofing for repair of a water leak which, in the great scheme of things was probably a minor job for them but was a world class project for me. I was very impressed by the fact that they made me feel like this was their top priority from the initial inspection and estimate through scheduling and repairs.
The company staff was patient, sympathetic, understanding and most importantly knowledgeable in explaining every step of the process and providing advice as well as alternatives that could expedite the repair and meet various HOA and neighborhood requirements.
The crew who came out to do the repair took great care in moving around on the roof so as not to crack any of the tiles and, in my opinion went above and beyond simply doing the job when they found two additional potential leak locations and, instead of just replacing the underling cut out the wood, replaced it, and THEN laid new underling so the potential problem was eliminated. This commitment to quality, and not cutting corners in my opinion truly distinguishes KY-KO roofing.
Without hesitation, I recommend these folks if you want the job done right.

Kevin and his crew repaired shingles that had blown off and came back to find a leak that had been pledging the building for over 5 years. Kevin found 2 areas that where probable leaks were. He repaired both and charged me a reasonable price!! I will never call another roofer!! (We have even used Kyko roofing; paid a ton!)

We moved into a new home and with the monsoon season hitting us this summer there was a leak in our roof. Jack Core (owner of Phoenix roofing) and Luis (project manager) just completed my underlay replacement for my tile roof. They were both very easy to work with. We have a one year old girl and they even managed to work around her room during her sleeping hours. They sent progress photos each day which is above and beyond your typical service.
