Best Tile Roof Repairs in Phoenix AZ

Called for an estimate to fix a leak in my roof. Agreed to meet between noon and 1pm and even offered to give me a 30 minute heads up call so I knew when to leave work. Day of the visit and I leave work to be home at noon and I see the Scott Roofing truck driving away from my house at 12:06 as I'm about a block away. No warning phone call, no phone call to say they were at my house. I called their phone number and I was forwarded to Maggie 's voicemail to reschedule my estimate. I don't feel like they want my business at all.

Follow up: I had called and requested a reschedule and they haven't returned my call in over 2 business days.

No one wants to replace a roof but after 26 years it was time. I researched and received estimates from.a number of companies. Pricewise, most were in the same ballpark, but I chose Allstate. They explained the process clearly and responded promptly to my many questions. Once the job was scheduled, they showed up on time and kept me informed. They added a few enhancements to the roof to improve run-off. It hasn't rained yet, but I am very happy with my experience and the completed work.

Sheldon & Courtney were awesome to work with throughout the whole roof installation. They were very responsive and made sure to communicate with us through the whole process. We were putting the roof on during the monsoon and they were great at scheduling us in very quickly and making sure the job was done in a timely manner and at a great price. I highly recommend TSM Roofing!

Had an on-site quote for a full roof replacement. Sales rep said he would email me a quote. Quote never came. I called sales rep and spoke with him live once and left a voice mail once requesting the quote. Still no response and no white form the sales rep. Called the office to request the quote. They promised to reach out to rep and ensured I would receive the quote. No one ever called or sent the information. Unacceptable. Plenty of great companies out there but clearly no this one. Pass on this one for poor customer service and lack of response.

We were very happy with the work that Brown Roofing did when they re-roofed our house. They were very professional and went above and beyond to work our house into an earlier schedule since we had leaks. They were very punctual and did a great job cleaning up at the end of each day!

Kevin with Almeida did not fulfill contract installation of critical parts of the Roof work wich caused future leaks. When called upon to warranty the work or finish the installation of work that was supposed to have been done he was aggressive and unprofessional. A simple resolution could have been achieved but they did not want to fullfil the contract or do what is right. WARNING! do not use this company..... Poor work and require Yearly maintenance work to hold a warranty they won't stand behind.

Amazing work done done by their top-notch roofer Chris. Sealed the leaks and straightened out the loose tiles and used a very cool colored caulk on the mud caps that matches the color of my house. Well done Chris and Castile Roofing

I would recommend this company for a roofing job. They are a good value and do a great job and the team is very nice and respectful and got the job done in a timely manor. Very please with how it turned out and the whole job went. Would use them again but hope I won't need to for a log while! :-)

These guys are awesome. They just put a new roof on my house and built a patio overhang. The finished product is great. They showed a lot of character in dealing with the insurance claim specialist after the claim was initially denied they met with them and looked closer. After a meeting with PHX R&R and the insurance adjuster the insurance claim went through. I think the claim was accepted in part due to how professional and polite they were in pointing out some 50/50 items on my roof to the insurance adjuster. To finish it off they got my roof done for me before Thanksgiving and in between rain storms. Thank you Phoenix R&R!!

He is the most professional, punctual, hard working guy we have ever had to help us with a construction issue. His team re-roofed our 2000 sq. ft. house in one day and did an excellent job. Personality is something money can't buy, and Kris was awesome. If anyone needs a roof replaced, I would highly recommend him, they just don't make guys like this anymore!!!!

Gave Hardacker Roofing 5 Stars because they earned them! Clyde and his company are top notch. Professional and courteous in every way. Did a complete re-roof on my rental home in the Cove at North Canyon and I couldn't be more pleased. Showed up on time as promised, completed all the work sooner than expected and we had both a tile and flat roof to recondition and replace! Cleanup was done quickly and perfectly. All this, AND they were less expensive than most all the other quotes!! What a Deal. Try em, you'll love em!!
