AZFW did a fabulous job from estimating to fixing the extensive structural water damage to my home. Everyone I worked with was very responsive, friendly & professional. I highly recommend this company. Lastly, the project manager, Mason, was also outstanding. He took the time to answer ALL of my questions and complete ALL of my requests. He knew I was very worried about the water damage.

This company was amazing and was so helpful during a time where the house was completely flooded from storms. Not only where they able to get to the residence quickly, they did a thorough and professional job determining the extent of the damage. David was so professional and honestly cares about his clients and their situation. He and his staff went above and beyond working with me during a time when I was desperate. They did not take advantage of the situation, were honest and thorough about options and helped me take care of the problem. They relieves so much stress and I would recommend them to anyone who needs help with any sort of water damage. They will be prompt, trustworthy, honest and caring. Currently working with this company after the condo complex I live in had major water damage. Only on day 3 with them and it has been a nightmare trying to get any information. Day 1 I signed their papers to do the work, was told they would be in my unit that day to pull up soaked carpet and check the walls for moisture. No one ever showed up, no phone call, no email, no communication of any kind. Day 2 After apologizing for not showing up on Monday, (they said they thought I went with another company even though they had SIGNED paperwork from that very morning) told me they would definitely be at my unit first thing Tuesday morning. 11am Tuesday I still had not seen or heard from anyone-finally they roll in at 11:30, I have to wonder what company believes first thing in the morning is almost noon?! Day 3-Was told they would be here to remove wet drywall-guess what, nobody shows up, no phone call, no email, no communication of any kind. I call Jason at 3pm he says he will call me back in 15 minutes. Big surprise, no call back. I call again at 4pm and he offers no reason for the no-show today, but assures me they will have people here at 9am tomorrow. I'm not holding my breath. Hoping day 4 goes better, but at this point I could not ever recommend this company to anyone, and I will be making sure my neighbors that are considering using them for the rebuilding process hear this story. I understand if they are short of staff and getting work done may take longer, I'm fine with that. But be honest, tell me you can't make it today, tell me we need to schedule it for another time. Constantly being told lies, or simply not communicated with at all is not a very good start, apparently they are not too concerned about repeat clientele. I'll be happy to update this review should they decide to rectify this situation.

Aaron and team were great from the very beginning! They worked with us through a very difficult process with our insurance company and did a fantastic job. Denny did a great job getting us our initial estimate and was very thorough on explaining the process. All the restoration work was top notch! Tim and Kenny on the restoration team were super easy to work with and kept in constant communication every step of the way. Hopefully we won’t need their services again, but if we do, they’ll be the first and only company we call. They made a very difficult situation much easier. Thanks for everything Aaron, Denny, Kenny and Tim!

The preferred insurance vendor wasn’t a match, so I sought out dozens of contractors, interviewing each one, digging in deeper as I had an entire home water loss and extensive work to be completed.

Jodi was the first voice of Bethom and was excellent. Their project manager/superintendent CJ Castro was on site within hours, professional, detailed, and assured me his estimate would be inclusive of all damages. I requested referrals to review Bethom’s prior work, and Jodi eagerly provided. I called EVERY SINGLE referral, sometimes multiple times to make a determination, asking several questions. All referrals had valuable input and realistically provided areas of opportunity for Bethom. Each referral spoke highly of Bethom and if they had to do it again, stated they would hire Bethom again, and many have used Bethom for additional projects.

My home is 65-70% complete and I’m ecstatic to see the final touches. For now, hands down I’d recommend Bethom for residential and commercial. Their project manager works hard and goes to bat for his clientele. CJ is knowledgeable, responsive, transparent, and involved in the process. He keeps you in the loop as often as you prefer. Any delays were outside Bethom’s control.
