Best Tile Repair in Phoenix AZ

Love Scott's Roofing. They have been in business for at least 40 years. I trust them, they have installed 2 units for me at 2 different homes.

Only a few days from leaving on a trip, a dust devil dislodged some tiles on my roof. I called Allstate Roofing and explained I needed someone to come out ASAP. Veronica was more than helpful and arranged for someone to be out the next morning. The owner, Chad Thomas, showed up, assessed the job and offered to fix the problem immediately, without charge. Although it was a very small fix, this type of service is unheard of today. He even offered to send someone by to chalk a crack in one of the tiles. THIS IS A ONE OF A KIND COMPANY! THE PEOPLE ARE THE BEST I'VE EVER ENCOUNTERED IN ANY SERVICE BUSINESS IN MY 45 YEARS IN THE VALLEY! Nuff said!

Craig and his team did a fantastic job on my house. The roof looks great and they were very accommodating. They did the little extra things that some companies may have skipped, like touching up paint jobs around the roof and doing a great job with the pickup afterward. BEWARE! We used Almeida for a tear off on our house in Mesa. We promptly sent our 50% deposit so they would start our project. From day 1 there was a lot of miscomunication. They forgot to install the fascia that we specifically asked for and also forgot to reconnect certain utilities such as our hot water heater exhaust, and other things. They sent an invoice out but the job was NOT done. We called to ask them and could not get a hold of anyone, no one ever called us back, then randomly one day another person was at our house finishing these items. There was no communication whatsoever. They don’t have control over their own jobs and have the worst service. When I got the final bill I noticed there was decking on it. Since I’m not a professional roofer I didn’t know what that is, I emailed to ask and the owner was extremely rude to me, I was so shocked that an owner of any company would talk to me that way. I then asked for photos, after viewing I promptly mailed my second check to pay the balance. They cashed our first check 2/8/22 and our 2nd on 4/5, it had to be mailed from a different state, they didn’t offer us another way to pay. The invoice was dated 2/17 however our roof was not finished until 3/28/22. On that day the owner emailed us stating things were done and to please remit payment. Just 2 days later they filed a 20 day lien notice. Then a couple weeks later I received a 2nd 20 day lien notice. Many weeks after we have been paid in full.
As I look at our communication the emails with my questions are the same day they filed this lien, truly the owner is being vengeful. She gave me grief about the payment taking about 5 days, but we live out of state and the only way to pay them is to send a check in the mail. My questions were valid and I didn’t deserve the rude replies, let alone a lien notice. I complained to the BBB, her response to the complaint was that I cannot read and was not involved in this project. I certainly can read and I've owned this home for 20 years, all checks were from me and I am certainly the customer.
This is unacceptable in so many ways, they should be ashamed. Sorry for the rant but people need to know this before working with them. Pay more and hire a company that values your business.

I have worked with Castile Roofing twice. Both times required me to provide oversight. When the incorrect color was installed, I had to call and they replaced the roof. When they left my bare roof uncovered during a rainstorm, I had to call for them to put up a tarp. When the interior of my house was damaged from the rain, I had to demand that they help.

They have now made efforts to get me squared away. The new roof looks good and hopefully every thing works out.

I needed to have the flat part of my roof recoated and I have a small section of my roof that has tiles that also needed to be done. I obtained 6 quotes. I chose Patterson, who was not the least expensive nor the highest, however, the owner, William Patterson, was very knowledgeable, took pictures as well as getting on the roof with me to explain problem areas and how they would address them to repair before the recoat. The team for both the tile section and the flat recoat showed up on time and were very professional and friendly. They took precaution to avoid overspray and cleaned up nicely after the job. Once the job was complete William Patterson got on the roof with me again to take a look at the repairs and the complete job. It looks great and I feel assured that my roof is all set for the next 5 years when a recoat will be needed. At that time I will hire Patterson Roofing again. Great job!! Thank you William!!!

I contacted Jack to give me an estimate on a small roof repair. I had previously contacted 3 other roofing companies and 2 no showed me and the other blew me off after they came out to look at the job. I suspect they just didn't want to deal with the repair. Jack came out and gave me a rough idea of what needed to be done and also had another of his roofers come out and look at it the same week. There were 2 possible options for the repair and when the roofer came out to look at it he was actually able to fix it on the spot. Jack called me to let me know and said this repair may hold up just fine but if not we can then proceed with the more expensive repair. Jack then said that there was no charge for the work they did and to let him know if any problems develop. Jack was so honest and kind and I'm am so appreciative that he actually took the time to help me and I will definitely be calling him again with some other remodeling projects I will be working on. I would highly recommend Jack and his crew.

Worked with Rich at Multi-Pro and I can see why both he and the company are rated so well. I didn’t even consider that the insurance might help cover the cost of the replacement, but Rich was on top of it and from the very beginning he worked with the insurance company to get everything approved. Seriously helped save me so much money out of pocket. I would definitely recommend their services!

From the first call to the finish I was completely happy with the service and work done. The ease of getting the quote, picking the shingles and setting the work dates was awesome. Would definitely refer to friends and family as will as use again on other properties when needed.

Gave Phoenix roofing a call because my roof was in bad shape, they came out the following day and inspected my roof. They informed me of a few issues.
1, hail damage
2, previous roofers installed ridge incorrectly,
3, roof was starting to blister
4, had warped decking.

Thought I would be paying a lot of out of pocket to repair damages. Isiah informed me that my roof could be paid for by my insurance company. Gave Farmers a call and Phoenix roofing took care of the rest. Insurance paid for my roof and the code upgrades to insure no further issues.

Phoenix roofing is a wonder company to work with and great with insurance as they got my roof back to code and the only cost was my deductible which was mostly covered by collateral damages.
