Acuity Builders are awesome. I had flood damage and decided to make some additional changes; they went above and beyond in a timely manner to work with me. Every member of his team expertly demolished, repaired and cleaned up every bit of damage in exactly the time they promised. They are professional, courteous and for me, personally, I noticed they were happy workers which says a lot as you know there is mutual respect within the organization itself, and that shows in their work ethic and passion for what they do. The preferred insurance vendor wasn’t a match, so I sought out dozens of contractors, interviewing each one, digging in deeper as I had an entire home water loss and extensive work to be completed.

Jodi was the first voice of Bethom and was excellent. Their project manager/superintendent CJ Castro was on site within hours, professional, detailed, and assured me his estimate would be inclusive of all damages. I requested referrals to review Bethom’s prior work, and Jodi eagerly provided. I called EVERY SINGLE referral, sometimes multiple times to make a determination, asking several questions. All referrals had valuable input and realistically provided areas of opportunity for Bethom. Each referral spoke highly of Bethom and if they had to do it again, stated they would hire Bethom again, and many have used Bethom for additional projects.

My home is 65-70% complete and I’m ecstatic to see the final touches. For now, hands down I’d recommend Bethom for residential and commercial. Their project manager works hard and goes to bat for his clientele. CJ is knowledgeable, responsive, transparent, and involved in the process. He keeps you in the loop as often as you prefer. Any delays were outside Bethom’s control.

Andrew Wilson installed a hot water heater for me on 3/2/17. Not only was the service great, but it was 1/2 the price of Parker and Sons, Prof Plumbing, and Penguin Plumbing. A++++ all the way and I going to use next time I need plumbing help.
