Best Shingle Roof Tile in Phoenix AZ

Looks like a professional company!

I called Allstate Roofing for an inspection and Chad, the owner, came out and inspected my roof. He was prompt and professional. He found a few tiles that had slid out of place, he took care of the problem and said no charge! You don't hear that very often these days! Needless to say they have my future business.

Noticed a problem with two rows of roofing tiles, that had not been glued correctly. TSM responded quickly, scheduled repairs to fit my need, and kept in contact over a short waiting period. Their tech, Dustin, and their office kept in touch with updates on arrival times. Dustin fixed the immediate issues, checked the rest of the roof, shared photos of all the roof areas, and took care of the problem quickly and efficiently. He explained everything in detail. The cost was well within reason. I highly recommend this company for all roofing needs.

Everyone I meet from this company impressea me, they care and tell me the truth. I have had them do my house and my daughters roof from storm damage. Good people, good company

We had our roof replaced by Craig and his company last week. This is not something I took lightly. We're are literally talking about the roof over my family's head. I had several estimates and spent a lot of time taking to people who knew the industry. I chose Craig because he's local, runs a family business, and was willing to stand by his work. The price wasn't the cheapest we were quoted but also not the highest by a long shot. The job started on time and finished ahead of schedule. Craig's workers were professional and took time to clean up after themselves. We did have an issue with my AC unit blowing a fuse twice. You can tell a lot about a person how they handle adverse situations. We realized the AC was out after-hours. I reached out to Craig and he was all over it. The AC was up and running quickly and Craig took care of it. He was contrite and did whatever he needed to make sure it was fixed. That's good customer service. I recommend Craig and Brown Roofing to anyone looking for a new roof.

BEWARE! We used Almeida for a tear off on our house in Mesa. We promptly sent our 50% deposit so they would start our project. From day 1 there was a lot of miscomunication. They forgot to install the fascia that we specifically asked for and also forgot to reconnect certain utilities such as our hot water heater exhaust, and other things. They sent an invoice out but the job was NOT done. We called to ask them and could not get a hold of anyone, no one ever called us back, then randomly one day another person was at our house finishing these items. There was no communication whatsoever. They don’t have control over their own jobs and have the worst service. When I got the final bill I noticed there was decking on it. Since I’m not a professional roofer I didn’t know what that is, I emailed to ask and the owner was extremely rude to me, I was so shocked that an owner of any company would talk to me that way. I then asked for photos, after viewing I promptly mailed my second check to pay the balance. They cashed our first check 2/8/22 and our 2nd on 4/5, it had to be mailed from a different state, they didn’t offer us another way to pay. The invoice was dated 2/17 however our roof was not finished until 3/28/22. On that day the owner emailed us stating things were done and to please remit payment. Just 2 days later they filed a 20 day lien notice. Then a couple weeks later I received a 2nd 20 day lien notice. Many weeks after we have been paid in full.
As I look at our communication the emails with my questions are the same day they filed this lien, truly the owner is being vengeful. She gave me grief about the payment taking about 5 days, but we live out of state and the only way to pay them is to send a check in the mail. My questions were valid and I didn’t deserve the rude replies, let alone a lien notice. I complained to the BBB, her response to the complaint was that I cannot read and was not involved in this project. I certainly can read and I've owned this home for 20 years, all checks were from me and I am certainly the customer.
This is unacceptable in so many ways, they should be ashamed. Sorry for the rant but people need to know this before working with them. Pay more and hire a company that values your business.

We had some leaks to our patio cover that we had tried (and failed) at repairing ourselves. We reached out to Castile Roofing and Alex was very quick to respond and assist with a quote. Chris came and to inspect and do the repair and he was very nice and knowledgeable. Repair was done in a timely manner and well done.

Will use again for roofing needs.

I had a 12,000 square foot re-roof job done at my Paradise Valley home by Patterson and it was mired in trouble from the beginning. Delays, horrible communication, and the worst part was that the workmanship and finish were very bad. We also had workers showing up at random times in the evenings without notice walking on our roof which made us concerned. Owner offered (in writing mind you) to fix the poor quality finishes to only backtrack because I wouldn't remove my online reviews (have that in writing too). Professionalism and integrity lacking here. We regret choosing Patterson roofing. Now we need to pay another firm to fix his mistakes. But if we do, they won't honor the 15 year warranty we paid for. Buyer beware!

I contacted Jack to give me an estimate on a small roof repair. I had previously contacted 3 other roofing companies and 2 no showed me and the other blew me off after they came out to look at the job. I suspect they just didn't want to deal with the repair. Jack came out and gave me a rough idea of what needed to be done and also had another of his roofers come out and look at it the same week. There were 2 possible options for the repair and when the roofer came out to look at it he was actually able to fix it on the spot. Jack called me to let me know and said this repair may hold up just fine but if not we can then proceed with the more expensive repair. Jack then said that there was no charge for the work they did and to let him know if any problems develop. Jack was so honest and kind and I'm am so appreciative that he actually took the time to help me and I will definitely be calling him again with some other remodeling projects I will be working on. I would highly recommend Jack and his crew.

Reimagine Roofing is an exceptional roofing company, and Eric Jacobsen was a fantastic project manager. For 20 years, we have been struggling with leaks in the flat roof of our 1960s house. Eric took the time to listen carefully to us, examine the roof analytically, and develop a customized reroofing approach to address longstanding problems -- and to prepare the roof for a planned solar-panel installation. When the time came for Reimagine's labor crew to remove our old roofing and put down new foam and coating (3 days), Eric was here first thing every morning, then periodically throughout the work day, and at the very end of the day, to ensure that everything was moving forward, and to give direction when unexpected conditions arose. Always energetic, good humored, and a prompt and thorough communicator. He also coordinated perfectly with our HVAC contractor (removal of old units, installation of new) and our solar-panel contractor. I will add that Reimagine's laborer crew was terrific - and everything was clean and neat at the end of every day. I honestly cannot recommend these folks highly enough.
