My 20-year old roof at my rental property was showing signs of wear and tear and needed a new underlayment so I hired Scott Roofing to do the new installation to replace my old roof. They did a great job, kept me informed of the progress and sent photos.

I had seen TSM Roofing installing roofs on homes in the area. This was the only company that I seen that was working up to my standards. I’ve been in the new home business for 41 years. Tyler was punctual at our first meeting and answers all of my questions. The crew showed up on the day that they were scheduled. They tarped the ground and bushes for the tear-off. They did an excellent job of cleaning up. I wouldn’t hesitate one second to call Tyler to roof another home. I am very pleased with this company.

We just needed our flat roof re-coated, but they were so efficient and professional - from the initial quote with Brandon, to the completed job - they deserve a shout out. We will use them again for a new roof for our guest house.

Perfect. There are a few people who go above the expectations of a company. Oscar and Alan did a fantastic job in rectifying a slight problem. The roof looks beautiful and I would recommend this company without any reservation. The price point is excellent and their reputation is sterling. Oscar especially paid attention to detail on all the process. What else can I say.

Lyons Roofing was an excellent company I had the joy of working for them which Floyd Diaz. He's an outstanding roofer coworker and friend. We had minor roof damage due to a microburst on January 25. We noticed some loose tiles on the roof so we called Clyde Hardacker and asked for an inspection. He came out the next day and inspected our roof. He found no problem as the tiles were from our neighbors. He did find some roof tip shingles loose so he replaced them right on the spot. The charge was minimal. He has done previous work for us, by replacing flat roof top on our patio and front door overhang. I would definitely recommend him and will use him in the future. Samme came out to my house and performed a friendly and through inspection.
There was no hail damage but a few little things caused by a tree and Samme offered me advice on how to correct myself it properly.
