Only a few days from leaving on a trip, a dust devil dislodged some tiles on my roof. I called Allstate Roofing and explained I needed someone to come out ASAP. Veronica was more than helpful and arranged for someone to be out the next morning. The owner, Chad Thomas, showed up, assessed the job and offered to fix the problem immediately, without charge. Although it was a very small fix, this type of service is unheard of today. He even offered to send someone by to chalk a crack in one of the tiles. THIS IS A ONE OF A KIND COMPANY! THE PEOPLE ARE THE BEST I'VE EVER ENCOUNTERED IN ANY SERVICE BUSINESS IN MY 45 YEARS IN THE VALLEY! Nuff said!

They did a great job re-foaming my roof. They stand by their work. Someone always comes by after job is done to see that everything is done to our satisfaction. They had to alter a minor problem I caught 2 months later and they promptly fixed it.

I had Brown Roofing come to my house and do a roof inspection, which was free of charge. They showed me everything that needed attention, as well as the things that didn't. I felt they were very honest and they didn't try to sell me on a single thing, or make me worry about things that didn't matter, explaining everything along the way. They were very friendly as well, and I will not hesitate to contact them again if I need any work done in the future.

I would highly recommend Ky-Ko. They cleaned up each night and the project was completed in time and no surprise charges.

Our experience began with a professional and insightful follow-up for Lyons roofing to submit a proposal to do a complete repair of our 40 year-old clay tile roof over our main home and re-roofing of our flat patio roof. The proposal was thorough, carefully throughout, and fully discussed during the proposal visit and final acceptance visit.
The actual roofing job was done by an exceptionally gifted group of three experienced roofers, led by a job foreman who continually exhibited care, thought, and pride in doing the best job possible. This foreman communicated with us, the supervisor, and safety officer regularly, yet consistently exhibited leadership in doing the job properly and much better than the original roof that lasted 40 years with only minor leaks. We have never been more satisfied with a large, important job as this, constantly feeling that we certainly got more than than our money's worth and constantly were great full that we selected Lyons for this job. Plus, we continually were in awe of the roofers expertise and competency. Everything that we expected to be done was done, and even much better than expected. I contacted this company to evaluate a possible roof leak, because there was water damage in my family room ceiling. They put a tarp on the roof ($100.00) and gave me an estimate of approximately $5000 to repair a roof leak that they claimed was caused by faulty workmanship. The inspector for my homeowners insurance claimed the leak was the result of the roof vents. After having another roofer inspect the property, it was determined that there was NO roof leak. The water is coming from the air conditioner overflow in the attic. There is absolutely no evidence of a roof problem in that area. When I contacted Almeida Roofing to advise them that the tarps that I paid for were not needed and that they had given me an estimate to repair damage that didn't exist, I spoke with KEVIN. He was defensive, argumentative and rude. I tried to explain to him that my interior damage is much more extensive because of the misdiagnosis and the tarps were not needed. Furthermore, the technicians removed caps and tiles and did not replace them properly, which I will have to have replaced. I also brought up the fact that the estimate was basically bogus. His response was then don't sign the contract. Find someone else. Which, obviously, I already have. I feel that Almeida roofing should be responsible for the repair of what they did. I have cracked and misplaced tiles/caps because they pulled some off and walked on my tile roof and cracked tiles. Also, I should not pay for the tarps. Almeida Roofing is a rip-off.

We had some leaks to our patio cover that we had tried (and failed) at repairing ourselves. We reached out to Castile Roofing and Alex was very quick to respond and assist with a quote. Chris came and to inspect and do the repair and he was very nice and knowledgeable. Repair was done in a timely manner and well done.

Love a roofing company? Yes, finally! William was on top of everything during the entire process. His quote addressed our actual issues and he didn't try and oversell the job. His crew was incredible, cleaned the job site thoroughly at completion and were very professional. They exceeded our expectations in every way. He explained exactly how everything would work. He and his crew did an OUTSTANDING JOB. Hayden did all the work with our insurance company. This all came together in one week. We got a whole NEW ROOF. When the crew arrived in the morning ( very punctual) they got right to work. We could not believe it but by 5:00 pm they were cleaning up.
