I had the flat roof over my covered patio replaced along with the downspouts. Every facet of job was very timely and professionally done. The inspection/quote was able to be scheduled 'next day' through Home Advisor. Glenn came out and spent an hour or so on my roof. Diagnosed my leak problem and gave me a reasonable quote on the spot. He explained to me that a scheduler would be in contact within 2 days and that they would provide me with a two week window sometime within the next 6 weeks (weather and crew availability dependent) to get the work done. The scheduler called the next day and set my two week window about six weeks out. Said a foreman would be in touch a week out from the job to coordinate specific dates and time. Two weeks later Scott, a foreman, called and apologized for short notice but said he had a crew available the next day if I was ready. I was and they came on time and ready to work. They worked in a highly professional manner and kept me appraised of progress and what they were doing continuously. The entire crew was professional and respectful of my property and belongings. They finished the bulk of the work in a day and scott the foreman returned a few days later to complete the final cosmetic touches.

I must say that I was highly impressed with the knowledge and professionalism displayed by everyone at Scott Roofing that I interacted with. I strongly recommend Scott Roofing for your roofing needs. You will work hard to find a better, more professional company.

Sheldon was a great help through the whole process of putting an insurance claim in for my roof . Not only did he meet with the Insurance Adjuster on the day of the inspection, he also did many follow up emails to ensure that the insurance company had everything they need to get my roof replaced. As soon as the claim was approved his team jumped into action and my roof was completed in one day. Hands down, best roofing company in AZ. Big thank you to Sheldon and the TSM Roofing Team …. Had Renco come out and replace my foam roof. It had 3 layers they had to remove. One being gravel. Have to admit, I came home from work to a total mess!! But the crew did their best to clean up. Them the project manager, Adam came back and did the repairs. All in all, I'm pleased with the results. Renco may be more costly than the dude that drives by looking for roof repairs, but these guys really came thru! Thanks Adam!!

July 2015: After having such a great experience last year when Mr. Brown did the main house roof, I contacted him to roof my backyard patio. Brown Roofing did an excellent job roofing my back patio Ramada, and Mr. Brown is professional, friendly and competitively priced. Mr. Brown and I discussed the details of the work; removing and replacing rotting panels and roof work. He and his crew did exactly what I wanted and expected. I highly recommend Brown Roofing.

May 2014 : Brown Roofing saved the day. I hired Brown Roofing shortly after a prior disaster. When I had an addition built to my house, the previous contractor incorrectly installed the roof over the new room and erroneously overlapped it with the existing roof. Days later we endured days of massive winds and rain causing the new roof as well as parts of the existing roof to fly off and land mostly in my backyard. Consequently, it rained in my garage, kitchen and other parts of my house causing sever water damage. Brown quickly came to the rescue. They temporarily covered the roof until the rains subsided and installed a new roof on the house and over the addition as soon as possible. During my crisis (I was in panic mode), Mr. Brown was patient with me, professional, and made me feel as if he cared about me and my house. He understood my needs and helped me choose a roof tile, color, and pattern that complimented my house style and color. I am very pleased with the results, and would highly recommend Brown Roofing. I've had my roof for over 5 years and have had no problems. I received quality workmanship, professionalism, and the estimated cost was on target. Not only did I choose Brown Roofing for their professionalism, but of the 3 bids I received, his was the most reasonable and didn't try to attach any unforeseen cost. I had the opportunity to use Ky-Ko roofing for repair of a water leak which, in the great scheme of things was probably a minor job for them but was a world class project for me. I was very impressed by the fact that they made me feel like this was their top priority from the initial inspection and estimate through scheduling and repairs.
The company staff was patient, sympathetic, understanding and most importantly knowledgeable in explaining every step of the process and providing advice as well as alternatives that could expedite the repair and meet various HOA and neighborhood requirements.
The crew who came out to do the repair took great care in moving around on the roof so as not to crack any of the tiles and, in my opinion went above and beyond simply doing the job when they found two additional potential leak locations and, instead of just replacing the underling cut out the wood, replaced it, and THEN laid new underling so the potential problem was eliminated. This commitment to quality, and not cutting corners in my opinion truly distinguishes KY-KO roofing.
Without hesitation, I recommend these folks if you want the job done right.

If I could give them zero stars I would. Our builder used them so when the storm hit in July and tiles were damaged I thought they would be the best company to go with since they put them on initially. It took them 5 weeks just to come out, when I called to get an update, a couple months later, they had no record of coming out so They sent someone else, happened to be the same guy and he told me he never turned in his service notes the first time, so that’s why they had no record. I Called two weeks later to confirm that they got the service notes this time and they still couldn’t locate my account and had no idea what I was talking about. Keep in mind I spoke to the same guy, James several times.

Got an estimate in May from Ben. Proposal was accepted. Even was set up in some system called Buildertrend. However, despite a few emails, nobody from the company ever followed up for a repair date. Matches some of the comments I’m seeing about follow through. Disappointed. Would avoid going with these guys due to follow through. Apparently didn’t want the business.

Roof repair was completed as quoted. Repair was completed in a professional manner and installer was quick to identify what needed to be done and had the proper supplies and tools to complete task. Before and after pictures helped demonstrate completion of repair.

Since I was not available for final completion of repair I was unable to verify if 4 tiles that had cracks were repaired or replaced. I had discussed this during the quote process. Since there was a cement grout before the repair if that needed to be done again.

It could not have been a more positive experience. Work done on time. Polite nice crew. Cleaned up after each day. Very happy indeed and of course roof looks great.

Kris was very helpful and answered all my questions and worked with the insurance to install the new roof which is beautiful.

After roof damage from monsoons, Brian came out right away to give me an estimate, then tarped the roof (during another rain storm). They were competitively price and quick to respond. My roof was completed from start to finish in two days. Fantastic job and clean up. Have already recommended them to neighbors.

We wanted to replace our 45 year old tile roof with a metal roof for improved appearance and longevity. The team from Vertex did a wonderful job educating us on the materials and options, and then gave us a fair price, too. Installation went well, except that it rained for almost two solid weeks midway through the job. Any sign of trouble during the rains and the crew was there to address it day or night. The house looks great and we’ve seen energy bills go down, too. Can’t recommend these folks enough! (I waited to review until after a good long rain storm—almost 9 months later. No leaks!!!)

These guys damaged The drywall inside my house and I have still not heard back from them about fixing it. They were contracted by Tesla to do this. They also left tear down debris like roofing nails that my son could step on in my yard.
