Just Air is a company with integrity. I'm so pleased I chose Just Air to resolve my a/c problem. To begin with, Danielle worked with me to schedule and reschedule an appt. I had to cancel 2 appt. and she was professional and happy to accomodate my needs. James Mattingly arrived in a timely fashion. He was polite, respectful (wore booties over his shoes) and knowledgable. I had called with a problem of my return not cycling off. Within minutes he realized I had inadvertently hith the fan button which told my unit to run 24/7. It was my mistake, he resolved it and waived the service charge. I have never experienced THAT courtesy fromany other company. They obviously aren't out to rip the customer off.
I will definitely be using this company in the future!

Our 2 new Trane systems were installed last week by the best 4 man crew. They respected our home, keep us informed about progress, answered all our questions, enjoyed working together and kept a very clean job site! I would highly recommend Howard Air for your AC needs. Ricky from Crispy Air and Heating was just here. Our AC system was not blowing any air. He determined that the blower motor needed to be replaced. He replaced the motor. The fee was covered by American Home Shield. Ricky did a great job. He was friendly, knowledgeable and fast. This is my first experience with Crispy Air and Heating and it was a good experience.
