We hired TSM to replace the underlayment on our tile roof. They were recommended by our neighbor whose roof they also did. We are happy with the quality and speed of the project - they completed the roof in two days.

We solicited several bids to re-roof our home. It had a tile roof that was over 20 years old. We selected Renco based on Yelp reviews, interactions with sales staff and price.

Keith, from sales was excellent. He met with us several times to answer questions. We are the type of customer who reads the contract and marks it up. Keith/Renco negotiated revisions with us. They also developed a plan to replace the roofing membrane while reusing most of the existing tile. None of the other bidders offered this option, which saved us a good deal of money.

Renco was ready on the date specified in the contract and completed our roofing project in 3 days. The crew assigned to our home had all worked for Renco for a number of years. They worked well together and appear to have done a fine job (next rains will tell). The yard was cleaned daily after work was completed. We bought them pizza on the last day. We just finished getting a full new roof from Brown Roofing, and the job was completed on-time, on-budget, and everything looks great. When we noticed some leaks in our laundry room, we contacted a few companies to come give us estimates. Some companies never returned our calls and emails, and some gave estimates without much detail. Brown Roofing called us back right away to schedule the estimate, and we received a detailed quote within 24 hours. Everything was very professional and the phone and email communication was clear and responsive. The owner, Craig, was on-site for the start of the project and checked in with us along the way, until completion at the end of the week. The crew also did a nice job cleaning up each day and at the end of the project. We didn't have to pick up any debris at any time during the week. Thanks again, would recommend this company to anyone in need of roofing services.

Oscar was very professional, explained everything and was able to match my broken tiles perfectly with just a couple pictures, replaced many broken tiles and secured some that were loose. I’ll also be using them for another home I own. Fair prices and great service, I highly recommend!

As a homeowner I wanted roofing quotes from several companies. Lyons Roofing was one of those companies. I will say the person who came out to estimate had a good attitude , very friendly as well. The issue came down to getting an estimate of $26,000 to do my roof, out of all the estimates this one was $14,000 more than the next highest one. This price is ridiculous couldn't even believe the person said with a straight face, and asked if I was going to sign a contract. Needless to say I won't nor will I ever use this company, and have passed this info to several people that had been interested. Overcharging is not something u should be doing.

Two weeks ago I scheduled a roof repair with American Roofing your company. I am beginning to think that was a bad choice. Today was the day someone from your company was to show up between 7AM and 4PM to complete the repairs. I called this morning and spoke to a Ashley in customer service to find out what time the roofer could possibly show up. She said they would be there between 7AM and 4PM. At 2:30 I called back because your hours are from 6AM to PM. All I got was a voice mail. No one returned my call in fact it is after 4PM and NO one has shown up or called. I would call that VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. Especially because I took the day off from work to acommadate their schedule. I would rate your company zero today but there is a space for zero so I guess I must give you a ONE. Hopefully this email rating will be read by other people who like me expected PROFESSIONAL SERVICE AND FOLLOW THROUGH. Oh it's Friday so now I have to wait until Monday to see if anyone from your company actually reads these responses. Good Day

Stonecreek is very thorough in how they do their work. They are very above board when it comes to pricing and what they offer. Also, they are extremely respectful of your property. I would recommend them to do roofing work any day of the week.

Had to reschedule 5 times. Kept giving excuses. It just shows that they are not professional. I wouldn't waste time.

I contacted this company to evaluate a possible roof leak, because there was water damage in my family room ceiling. They put a tarp on the roof ($100.00) and gave me an estimate of approximately $5000 to repair a roof leak that they claimed was caused by faulty workmanship. The inspector for my homeowners insurance claimed the leak was the result of the roof vents. After having another roofer inspect the property, it was determined that there was NO roof leak. The water is coming from the air conditioner overflow in the attic. There is absolutely no evidence of a roof problem in that area. When I contacted Almeida Roofing to advise them that the tarps that I paid for were not needed and that they had given me an estimate to repair damage that didn't exist, I spoke with KEVIN. He was defensive, argumentative and rude. I tried to explain to him that my interior damage is much more extensive because of the misdiagnosis and the tarps were not needed. Furthermore, the technicians removed caps and tiles and did not replace them properly, which I will have to have replaced. I also brought up the fact that the estimate was basically bogus. His response was then don't sign the contract. Find someone else. Which, obviously, I already have. I feel that Almeida roofing should be responsible for the repair of what they did. I have cracked and misplaced tiles/caps because they pulled some off and walked on my tile roof and cracked tiles. Also, I should not pay for the tarps. Almeida Roofing is a rip-off.

Castile Roofing did a great job on my roof! Chris completed a roof repair after I moved into my new home. He was responsive, on time, accommodating to my schedule, friendly, knowledgeable and professional. Alex over the phone was great on getting everything finalized. Wonderful company, would do business with them again! Highly recommended!

I recently moved into a new home and hired Phoenix Roofing & Remodeling for a remodel project. The upgrades have been fantastic! After a weekend out of town, I came home to a roof leak. Jack and Mike were able to help me immediately. They located/tested the source of the leak, explained the repair process, and took photos of the damage for me to provide to the previous company who installed the roof. It has been such a pleasure to meet honest professionals who truly care about their customers and do excellent, efficient work. Thank you!

My project manager was Kris Chavez. He first stopped by my house last year but it was just as I was headed back up north for the summer. I told him I would be back the first week in Nov. to my surprise he stopped by again in Nov !! While I was gone a storm I lost one of my ridge vents leaving a big hole in my roof. He went to the store a bought a tarp and covered it for me. Once I had my claim filed through Allstate he took care of everything from there. He was professional and polite. Very please with this company and would recommend them to anyone needing roof repair.

I recently had my roof replaced by Hardracker Roofing and I love it! Clyde was very easy to work with and gave me great service and a great price. His roofers were respectful of my dogs and property and cleaned up after themselves. I highly recommend this company! Great people to do business with!
