Good workmanship, good price and respectful workers

I recently had Brown Roofing replace my aging asphalt shingle roof with Highlander NEX shingles from Malarkey. Craig and his team were fantastic to work with through the whole process and accommodated me working with a solar company I had chosen in advance. The estimate was the most detailed of the 4 companies I contacted and the choice of materials was reassuring. Price paid was price quoted. Look no further than Brown Roofing!

I interviewed three roof repair companies to fix a leak in my tile roof, one of which was Ky-ko. Of the three, Ky-ko gave the most thorough and responsive inspection and quote.
The work was done as promised and I was kept informed of the progress as well as the general condition of the roof.
The leak is fixed, I am relieved, and will be having them back before monsoon to update the rest of the roof.

Thanks to a pre inspection by Lyons during escrow, there were no surprises. The inspector and I were on the roof and I could see what needed to be done. After close and of course a patched leak by the previous owner started to leak again. I was put on their list and within days their men were there to put on a new foam roof. The tile portion was deemed to be fine by the inspector. If or more realistically when I have an issue with the tile portion I will definitely call them. During the foam process all of their employees were professional, kept me informed, 2 new pieces of plywood (flaking, and rotted), and new insulation in that area (insulation saturated with water) were required to do the job properly. The previous owners did a lip stick job with a handyman rather than a qualified roofing company. A slight design flaw was also discovered and corrected while I was renovating the kitchen. I could see a small ray of light. Their project inspector fixed that as well Thank you Lyons, my roof is now sound and water tight and thanks to your pre inspection while in escrow, there were no surprises....I definitely recommend Lyons Roofing.

I needed to make some roofing repairs before I tried selling my house so I called four roofing companies for a quote and really felt like Devin from Mikku & Sons was a cut above the rest. He gave me a very fair quote & was able to work around my timeline & I can’t say thanks enough. The work was perfect, the final walk thru for my house went perfect, and should I ever need roofing repairs, Mikku & Sons will be my first call I make.

All of the work was done on time and with the result that I was expecting. They did a good job of cleaning up debris and nails. I would recommend them to anybody wanting a quality job.

I really liked how professional this company was. I had gotten 2 other quotes and Patterson roofing came in significantly cheaper than either one with complete honesty on what needed to be done. The end result was a job well done for a great price.

Phoenix Roofing and Remodeling has completed a few jobs so far at my house (one that is occurring as I type this review) and I'll have them do my upcoming bathroom remodel as well. A representative from this company (Jack ) came to my house and despite my do not disturb sign rang my bell three times eventually waking me up.

When I asked this guy if he was soliciting something he started talking over me and trying to give his sales pitch.
I interrupted him and referenced my sign and the had the nerve to just keep talking over me as if I hadn't said anything.

SUPER unprofessional. I will never use this company.

We had minor roof damage due to a microburst on January 25. We noticed some loose tiles on the roof so we called Clyde Hardacker and asked for an inspection. He came out the next day and inspected our roof. He found no problem as the tiles were from our neighbors. He did find some roof tip shingles loose so he replaced them right on the spot. The charge was minimal. He has done previous work for us, by replacing flat roof top on our patio and front door overhang. I would definitely recommend him and will use him in the future. Although Star Roofing performed our tear off and install seven years ago, we still remember their great customer service and quality of work. We received multiple bids after the hail storm came through that year and Star was the most competitive. What also impressed me was that they were/are the last union roofing company in Arizona. I always appreciate companies that take care of their employees.

We really love our metal Vertex roof. Craig was very helpful throughout the process. The work was done when promised, and they even came out and did the underlayment prior to their start date to help us keep our remodel on schedule. We followed their recommendations, even though there were additional costs, but the end product is amazing!
