Best Roof Replacement Tile in Phoenix AZ

My husband and I had our roof replaced just before Thanksgiving by Scott Roofing. Based on past experiences with other companies, we had only average expectations for the quality and service we would receive. We just wanted to say how surprised and pleased we were with the results and service provided by the superintendent, and the crew that replaced our roof. We really appreciate them, as it is difficult many times to find excellent contractors. They surpassed our expectations with their efficiency, thorough work, quality of work, politeness, and professionalism. They were also very willing to answer any questions we had and was clear and thorough in communicating information. Based on our excellent experience, we would definitely recommend this company to others.

Do not hire Renco. I am sure they bid low but it is not worth the money you save. My hoa hired them to re-do our condos. They have destroyed landscaping, left their personal garbage as well as debris and roofing nails all over the property. They have parked their truck behind my car twice so when I went to leave for work, I could not. When inquiring them to move the truck, BOTH times I was told rudely they could not move the truck until work was completed. Truck was only moved when I demanded it and I was late for work. Do not make the same mistake we did!! You get what you pay for!!!!

It was time for a new roof and, looking around and doing some research, talking to a few other companies we decided to go with Brown Roofing. From the minute they showed up we knew they were a good fit for us. They were very knowledgeable, answered all our questions, and schooled us on a few things we didn’t even know we needed to know. They worked around my schedule, and they were here when they said they would be here. They did what they said they were going to do, and then they completed the job in half the time they said they would. They were all very courteous, and professional. I would definitely recommend Brown Roofing to my family and friends.

Ky Ko, I believe, did a good and very competent job in replacing our roof.
I have been out of the country, so I didn't see them start or finish. But according to our friend's inspection it was well done. Good company.

America Roofing did an amazing job on our roof! They came out on time and got the job done quickly. They cleaned everything up when they were done (more than they even needed to- my yard looked cleaner when they were done than it did when they started!). Their customer service was great when I called to schedule and pick out the shingle color. I couldn't be more happy with our new roof! I highly recommend America Roofing.

In 2015. We were referred by our realtor and had negotiated a new flat roof, to be credited by our home's sellers as part of the sale/purchase of our home (detrimental reliance). Not only did Mikku & Sons not honor their own price (with our making no alterations or change to the scope of the job they quoted or to the time line for the actual work; and the contract had no open terms), they immediately raisied the price after our contract closed, costing us additional money. The quality of the roof work was far below any acceptable expectation. Our roof has had multiple problems since. Leaking just being an obvious issue. Ponding water, poorly sprayed foam- inadequate coverage in many areas and completely covering conduit and gas lines that shouldn't have been foamed...
I could go on.
We were contracted for a 5 year warranty but after their multiple failures to respond to requests for or honor warranty work, let alone the lack of maintenance of any kind, we terminated our relationship with them, before the end of the warranty term. That term would otherwise still be valid as of this review, Sept, '19.
I consulted with multiple roofing companies and I won't print what the professional assessment of our roof was. But multiple other companies documented the roof with photos and offers to support further action if we chose. Suffice it to say I am grateful to be done with this business and am in the midst of a complete tear off and redo by one of the most competent, well regarded roofing companies in the Valley.
Mikku & Sons failed us and disappointed us in EVERY professional way possible. They win my personal award for the worst professional/home contractor business I have ever dealt with in my life.

Patterson roofing had a better quote than others we had give us a bid and better quality materials. We are REALTORS® and will be sending clients their way as we were very pleased on the work they did from start to finish.

These guys were great! They were able to schedule us in quickly and repair the roof leak around the AC just in time before the heavy rains. I hope to use them in the near future to foam the entire roof. Jack is quick to respond, trustworthy and does excellent work. No short cuts and very professional.

Kris worked with us to file a claim with our insurance. He met the adjuster at our house for the inspection. He took care of everything from beginning to end. He was very courteous and professional. His crew arrived at 6am and started right away in removing the old shingles. Kris called to let us know when they were finished. They hauled away the old shingles and cleaned up around the outside of the house. Except for the beautiful new roof, you can't tell anyone had been here. We highly recommend Kris and his crew for any job!!

Clyde showed up unannounced, looked at the roof and gave me a reasonable bid. The repair consisted of a one inch bed of black tar paste and a common two-by-six from Home Depot that didn’t match anything else on the house. The worker did not inform me that the job was done nor that he was leaving. I just get a call to pay. Horrible work and customer service just as bad. Had several other companies come out to give me quotes to repair the bad job that Hardacher did. They were all very surprised! Buyer beware! You get what you pay for sometimes.

Did a great job

Although Star Roofing performed our tear off and install seven years ago, we still remember their great customer service and quality of work. We received multiple bids after the hail storm came through that year and Star was the most competitive. What also impressed me was that they were/are the last union roofing company in Arizona. I always appreciate companies that take care of their employees.

I had a great experience working with Precision Roofing. They did a fantastic job painting my roof and repairing it. I am extremely satisfied with their work and would definitely recommend them to others.

I recently had a new roof installed by Phoenix Roofing and I feel I have the best looking roof in the neighborhood!
I was impressed with each of the representatives that worked on my roof issue. They were polite and very respectful of my home and my time from the initial salesperson all the way down to the roofing team that installed the roof. They met with me and answered all my questions and explained what the process would involve and how long it would take and what to expect. This was important to me as I had never filed a claim before. They met with my insurance company representative when he came out for his inspecton. The installation date was set and done on time.
If you want your job done right and no hassles this is the right company. 5 Stars on all counts.

I had solar panels installed by Kayo Energy. They highly recommended Reimagine Roofing and understand why. Nick is a key player on the team. He’s on time he follows up he’s excellent to work with and resolves any issues that could possibly come up. I would highly recommend this company to install roofing.
