I have used ProWest twice for my own home and my rental home. Jeff was friendly, worked in my best interests, and worked directly with the insurance company. Fantastic company! I highly recommend them for all your roofing needs!

Dustin meticulously examined my roof spending much more time on it than others that had looked at it. This was not an easy problem to find. He showed me pictures of the problem he found and explained the remediation process. Price was less than two other estimates, he did the work immediately and showed me pictures of the results. I could not be more pleased.

Very professional and informative. Arrived early for appointment (called to be sure early was ok). Explained what they were doing and what we need to prepare for as our 20 year old roof continues to age. I would highly recommend!

Extremely competitive pricing with other roofing companies. Communication with inspector, project manager and office staff members was top notch. Everyone was on the same page. Worked with insurance company to ensure any unforeseen changes encountered were to be covered. Yes I would hire them again.

Cons:
The estimator was 4 hours late.
The paper estimate didn't come until I harassed them for a copy.
The repair was rescheduled twice. (Emergencies kept bumping my appointment even though I was scheduled?)
The repair guys laid in the middle of my driveway while they waited for more parts to be delivered.
There wasn't any communication at all from the business's end. I only found out of the rescheduling, payment options, estimate copies, etc because I called each time. (No proactive measures were taken)
I was talking to my S/O and used the phrase I feel like I'm begging them to take my money & do the work...

Pros:
The price. They came in well under-budget and blew away four other estimates, once by well over a grand.
The repairs were done quickly and efficiently.
Invoice/payment was all online and simple to complete.
Electronic/PDF documents (estimate and receipt) via email.
I assume that the quality is pretty good (there are no more birds on my roof, there aren't any leaks and the plywood looks new).
No dust, debris or mess was left - it was all cleaned up as promised.

Overall:
If you have the time and energy to be your own advocate with this company, I say go for it. If you're out of town or unable to manage the procedural aspect that will be required of you to actually start the process, I'd recommend checking a few other places out.

The finish results are beautiful. The employees work really well together. To be honest we did have issues with the electricity. The ac machine was misplaced for a moment but they did fix the issue.

I recently had the pleasure of working with Mikku and Sons Roofing company, and I can confidently say that they exceeded all of my expectations. From start to finish, their team was professional, friendly, and knowledgeable.

A customer who wasn't happy with our services posted a 1 star review....it states that he posted it less than a week ago, when in fact it was posted approx. a year ago. If this is a new review, I would ask Google to look into their policy of slander/liable, as we have taken MANY MANY MANY steps to make that customer happy. It is not legal to go onto the internet and trash a company, without giving them any kind of recourse online to refute it, or to reply in any way.

We had minor roof damage due to a microburst on January 25. We noticed some loose tiles on the roof so we called Clyde Hardacker and asked for an inspection. He came out the next day and inspected our roof. He found no problem as the tiles were from our neighbors. He did find some roof tip shingles loose so he replaced them right on the spot. The charge was minimal. He has done previous work for us, by replacing flat roof top on our patio and front door overhang. I would definitely recommend him and will use him in the future. I got multiple estimates and checked out all contractors with Az. ROC. The five bids I received ranged from high to temptingly low. I wanted to save money and go cheap but didn't sleep well. It rained last night. First time in a while I haven't worried about our shingles. I won't be worrying about shingles flipping over or flying off the roof again. Our new steel roof looks amazing, a completely different house. We went with the stone white, noticed a 3-5degree inside lower temperature immediately. We run evap most of the summer, so any change is noticeable.

The crew that did our install was great. They worked well together, addressed our concerns, were respectful of the property and overall were on top of the issues that came up. It took about a week from tear off to wrapping the facia. I feel for these guys being out there even in September in Arizona, I couldn't do it. Can't say enough good things about them.

We have another property that will be getting a Vertex roof in the future. I am very happy with our choice to go with Vertex and this roof product.
