I have a very large roof and switched from tile to shingle, everything ran like a well oiled machine, even with rain interrupting occasionally. The crew knew exactly what they were doing and did it well. Quality of the work was outstanding, and site manager Nick stayed in touch and made sure everything was to my satisfaction. Shout out as well to Brad with sales, he answered all my questions and represented the company very well. They weren't the cheapest of the 4 quotes I got, but you get what you pay for and am glad I made the choice I did.

Absolutely phenomenal company to work with from start to finish!!!! Having to replace your roof is not a fun event by any stretch, but TSM made it bearable and also made sure the whole process went smooth. They literally took care of all aspects from start to finish with my insurance company, which if you're anything like me is the most dreaded part of it all. They were very professional and made everything easy for me and worked around my schedule. Plus, the job was done in one day... and it was a job EXTREMELY WELL DONE!!! I absolutely love my new roof and experience I had working with them, I would highly recommend!!!

Brown Roofing just completed a tear off and complete roof replacement on my home in North Phoenix.
The owner Craig Brown came out to introduce himself and establish the parameters of the Job.

He was extremely concerned with taking care of my needs and all areas of this project providing an excellent finished product which exceeded my expectations.
He was out multiple times communicating with me daily during the project, and he addressed all issues concerning the project, Including a final inspection

His employees were top notch, were able to make decisions to provide excellent customer service.
His crew cleaned up all debris around the job site, including using a magnet to pick up any stray nails and staples which were part of the original roof that was removed. After the completion of the job, you wouldn't be able to tell that there were even there.
I would strongly recommend them to anyone looking to hire a competent roofing contractor.

They were very professional from the initial visit all the way to the finish. Devin did the first inspection and estimate. He let us know the problem spots and the proposed solutions. He had options from a simple repair to an entire new roof. They have good communication on the project. The work was completed. We did have one issue with a wind turbine. They came back to inspect and replace. They are willing to work to make sure you are happy.

I have read the reviews after I called for an estimate, if the negatives were honestly vented because of the inefficiency of america roofing I will call another contractor.

If you need someone to repair your roof than look no more. I called because we noticed some tile on our roof that was about ready to call and within two hours give or take Josh had it repaired. He also took the time to repair other loose tiles along with checking the rest of the roof for anything that looked abnormal! Price was very affordable and I’m left as a very happy customer! I have a 20-year old 2-story house with a barrel-tiled gabled roof. Two of the upstairs rooms in the house have flat roofs above them, and both of those rooms had leaks. The roof portion that was gabled wasn't leaking, but considering the age of the house, I decided to replace it all. Kevin gave me an estimate and explained that they would remove the tile, strips, etc and go down to bare plywood, seal up any perforations, and then put a new underlayment down. They installed flashings, and furring strips , re-used the existing tiles (replacing any that were broken or cracked). They finished the entire thing in 4 or 5 days, and cleaned up the debris and hauled it away. Right after they finished the job, we had several straight days of October rain. I did not get any water in the house where the previous leaks existed so now I'm confident that it was well worth choosing Almeida Roofing. I'm very happy with their transferrable guarantee so that once I sell the house, the new owners can rest easy over their remaining portion of the 10 years.

What an impressive company and crew of workers. Saturday they came on time and started the tear down of the old roof. Then removed and replaced all the rotten wood. By 4:30 the same day I had a new roof.
I'm sure that it is not normal to do a roof in one day like this but I was in a predicament and they stepped up sending lots of extra men out to make sure that I was take care of. They really went above and beyond my expectations.
I wound not hesitate to refer this company in the future.

Clyde came to our company to gain our business. We manage 400 single-family homes throughout the valley. We gave him two work orders. One is over a month old and we still don't have an invoice although they claim the job is complete. The roof is still leaking and they say it is not on them because there are holes in the metal stacks. (So as a roofer I guess they won't do all of the roofing repairs - metal stacks in a roof are someone else's job???) Could have told us that a month ago so we could have avoided further secondary damage to this home for the owner and major inconvenience to our tenant.
Second job we gave them is still leaking with each rain. 16 days and counting waiting for a bid. We are reassigning the work order and will not use this company again.

After roof damage from monsoons, Brian came out right away to give me an estimate, then tarped the roof (during another rain storm). They were competitively price and quick to respond. My roof was completed from start to finish in two days. Fantastic job and clean up. Have already recommended them to neighbors.

If you are looking for a metal roof these are the guys - this is ALL they do. Had a great experience with the salesman Alex, field rep Jim and office staff Lori. Our roof was in bad shape and while Vertex couldn't get to our house immediately, they did tarp our roof pending the install. The crew removed the old shingle roof and did a great clean-up job. The metal roof was installed professionally and long before promised. Our home looks better, has increased in value and we couldn't be happier!
