(estimator) was very thorough and up front in answering all of my questions and the quote he provided was pretty much spot on, Alice (office) was friendly and informative in getting my project scheduled and Nick (superintendent) was very pleasant to work with considering I had to be at work during the project so he had to deal with my not always being immediately available to discuss things. I do not know the names of the guys who did the work, but they showed up on the correct days and at the times that were specified. The best part was when I came home to new, finished patio covers that looked great and there was absolutely no sign they had been in my back yard - all of the debris etc. had been completely cleaned up and my gate was closed and latched, which was very important to me because I have 2 dogs! I will be using this company when it comes time to do the full roof on my house and would highly recommend them!

Noticed a wet spot on bathroom ceiling after storm the previous night.Jay came out and reattached a vent that had been dislodged from strong winds from the day before. He was up on the roof for about 10 minutes and came and told me that would solve the leaking problem. I was amazed because two other companies came and gave me estimates of 700 to 1400 dollars to fix the problem.

Extremely pleased with Sarah and Stonecreek Roofing. Originally insurance was only going to cover half of my roof (which a separate roofing company agreed with). Sarah came back out, and did a re-inspection, and identified and documented additional damage which was approved by the insurance company. Quality of the shingles and workmanship were great as well. Have, and will recommend to others.

If you need someone to repair your roof than look no more. I called because we noticed some tile on our roof that was about ready to call and within two hours give or take Josh had it repaired. He also took the time to repair other loose tiles along with checking the rest of the roof for anything that looked abnormal! Price was very affordable and I’m left as a very happy customer! Recently wind damaged our roof. Our roof has multi levels & damaged included only 1 pitch. We started our claim with ins & called Almeida Roofing. We had the pleasure of meeting the Almeida family previously & we were happy to have them give a quote. Not only was Almeida's quote less. It was thousands less. Our ins co decided our roof repair was worth &1029.00. After our $1000 deductible $29. Almeida called a week later to follow up. After they learned our story, they ordered our roof shingle, scheduled the work & repaired it for an unbelievable price. Hard to find quality in business these days... we found it at Almeida.

Very professional company covering Arrowhead region in the west valley. They stand by their work and do not try to gouge the customers for badly needed repairs. When the leaky roof was repaired in the summer, Castille Roofing did a partial repair where the source of the leak came from. However, over the Christmas holiday we received driving rain which caused more leaking in the same section. They gave us full credit for the work done in the summer and redid the repair work and covered a larger area. We were very grateful that they responded within a week of the new leaking even during the holiday season. All work is guaranteed and pictures of the repair were provided.

Patterson Roofing was the 1st of 3 estimates I received for a full roof replacement. William was very thorough, showing me a sample of the products being used & explained what would take place.
The next 2 companies not only didn’t provide that level of detail, but they were both significantly more expensive.
Patterson Roofing was able to complete the job in less than 2 days. I would definitely recommend them to anyone needing roof work.

We had storm damage to our roof and called Multi Pro. Next day Hayden from Multi Pro came over and helped us navigate the process with our insurance company which helped out immensely. The whole process from start to finish went smoothly and the workmanship was excellent. Thanks to Hayden and Multi Pro for all they did making sure that the job was done in a timely manner and done right.

Clyde came to our company to gain our business. We manage 400 single-family homes throughout the valley. We gave him two work orders. One is over a month old and we still don't have an invoice although they claim the job is complete. The roof is still leaking and they say it is not on them because there are holes in the metal stacks. (So as a roofer I guess they won't do all of the roofing repairs - metal stacks in a roof are someone else's job???) Could have told us that a month ago so we could have avoided further secondary damage to this home for the owner and major inconvenience to our tenant.
Second job we gave them is still leaking with each rain. 16 days and counting waiting for a bid. We are reassigning the work order and will not use this company again.

I have storm damage to my roof and it’s been this way since July 2021. I found this company after I had a bad experience with RMP construction. This company had better ratings and a good rating on BBB. So far my work has been rescheduled week after week with little to no notice. I had to reschedule other contractors to do inside work waiting on these guys. We gave them the benefit of the doubt that they were just backed up and short staff. The day we had them in contract to show up, they didn’t. We weren’t given a call or heads up. The carpenter showed up and was clueless to why they weren’t here.. There is no communication to their employees and to the customer. The owner has informed us they are willing to let us out of our contract. The consistent no show is a breach of contract. I even question the quality of work they would do if they are willing to just walk away from my business. Due to the time we have already spent with this company we just want the work done in a timely manner like we agreed. They shouldn’t be scheduling any additional work if they don’t have the man power. I will post an update to this and see if they follow through as well as the quality of work if completed.

Work

Vertex roofing (Phoenix) did the metal roof installation for our home. The representative drove down to Tucson and patiently detailed the complete process for the metal roof installation and why it would be our last. Due to COVID and a custom color choice for the metal, our wait time to start the project was several months. However once the crew arrived the process went quickly and the team was extremely efficient, professional and courteous throughout the timespan needed to remove the existing mission tile and custom fit the new metal roof. I highly recommend Vertex.

Zared and his workers did excellent work on installing a new tile roof on my farmhouse. Price was also great compared to other contractors. Would definitely recommend!
