I want to express how pleased I was to have Eddie Cortez as the supervisor in the replacement of my roof.
He and his staff were very thorough, competent, and diligent in there job. Eddie Cortez came everyday to monitor the project and answered my questions and returned my calls which was greatly appreciated. He kept me updated on the progress of the roof which was very reassuring. Thank you again.

Great quality work and clean up

We had a great experience with TSM Roofing and highly recommend them. Sheldon and his crew are very professional and an all-around good roofing company. They quoted a fair price, started our job on the date arranged, worked steadily even under sometimes difficult conditions and cleaned up the job site when they finished. We are very happy with our roof and with our experience working with TSM Roofing.

Great Company! Came out right after a monsoon that had left us with water throughout the house, came out to Gilbert to view, give quote, and start on the house all within the week. Ended up having to replace the whole roof (30 year old house with previous leak issues, so not too surprising) and came in way under the other quotes we had received and heard of through word of mouth. The roof was started and completed - including full clean up and walk through with owner - in less than 4 days. Friendly, honest, gave you the recommendation on what needed to be done without fluff or extra sell and did a fantastic job while being extremely reasonably priced. Can't recommend enough.

I decided 5 years ago that when it came time to replace my roof, it would be Ky-Ko that got the job. They had come to my home to evaluate a leak and were the ONLY ONE of 3 roofing contractors that DID NOT recommend a roof replacement at that time. In fact they then referred me to a contractor who repaired my roof satisfactorily (because Ky-Ko doesn't perform roof repairs.

When I contracted with them, I expected the same fair treatment, quality of workmanship and excellent customer service. I can say that Ky-Ko roofing exceeded my expectations in all areas. And it wasn't without it's challenges. We had one issue which needed to be corrected and I was concerned as to how they might handle it. It was handled no questions asked and required no small amount of effort on the part of the team working the job.

I am giving 2 stars before overall the roof looks good, however, their customer service is far lacking what it should be. I feel they've become so big, they can no longer give customers the attention needed to provide a good overall experience.

In 2018, our roof like many others got hit with that micro-burst and our insurance told us it's better to just get it replaced than fixed. We ultimately went with Lyons because they were a RosieOnTheHouse recommended contractor.

I'd like to state up front. There was nothing big that went wrong. This negative review is the result of many, many small incidents that built up to an overall bad experience.

Also, due to character limits I cannot go into detail on each, but will just list a quick list of everything they failed to meet good customer service on. Anyone can feel free to contact me directly and I will expand on any bullet point with more details.

Our problems started with getting in touch with them.
• Initial estimate was lost in their spam folder. Multiple times they took days, if not weeks to respond. One time, I had to reach out to them several weeks later for confirmation of start date.

This continued on from the start to finish of project.
• No phone call before they showed up 1st day (I was told there would be a heads up before anyone arrived)
• Project ran several days longer than estimated
• Roofers came at odd hours including 530 am with no warning
• Satellite antennae cable was cut
• Debris left behind after work was done.
• Large stack of unopened boxes left in driveway for days after work was done.
• Roof looked great except 2 parts. Small bubble in one spot and issue with metal stripping along flat wall.
• Project manager showed up for final walkthrough but did not contact me while there.
• No final walk-through with PM.

Even after project ended, we had issues with billing.
• Pre-Lein notice sent to house before actual invoice.
• Invoice sent on a Friday with a deposit on it that we did not make
• Accounting adjusted invoice with no explanation how deposit was put on invoice
• They failed to run the payment for the invoice after asking them twice. (got a temporary spending increase only valid that day)
• Next day, asked why they didn’t run payment. Was given an excuse that didn't make sense.

We asked for these concerns to be escalated to a manager, which more problems occurred
• Manager kept focusing on the 2 parts of the roof we had concerns of, kept ignoring everything else

He eventually came out to look at roof and while out there.
• Stated the small bubble in roof was not there. Said the damage to the metal sheet was normal
• Damaged a shingle with his ladder
• Talked in a very dismissive manner to me during our conversation
• Asked What are you looking for exactly after I finished telling him all my concerns
• Tried to put the whole thing back on me, saying his people complained about me being difficult to get in touch with
• Never once apologized for the overall experience being subpar
• He never followed up since he left

He did agree to send the project manager back out there to look at the metal sheet. He came out on a Friday. The PM came back out the following Thursday, a full week later. Giving praise where it's due, he did correct the issues with the metal sheet while he was there. It looked 100x better than how the actual roofers left it.
I left a review on Facebook that same day (before he showed up). I got a VM from a lady named Pepper. More kudos where it's due, she did apology for the overall experience and asked me to call her to discuss the whole thing.
I returned her call the following Monday and left a VM for her to call back. Have not heard from her since…

So in summary, their quality of work on the actual roof is good. They aren't perfect but no one is.
Their horrible customer service though should make anyone consider other companies. Especially when this place prides itself on customer service. The cost vs how we were treated caused us to never go with them again.

Noticed a wet spot on bathroom ceiling after storm the previous night.Jay came out and reattached a vent that had been dislodged from strong winds from the day before. He was up on the roof for about 10 minutes and came and told me that would solve the leaking problem. I was amazed because two other companies came and gave me estimates of 700 to 1400 dollars to fix the problem.

We had some leaks to our patio cover that we had tried (and failed) at repairing ourselves. We reached out to Castile Roofing and Alex was very quick to respond and assist with a quote. Chris came and to inspect and do the repair and he was very nice and knowledgeable. Repair was done in a timely manner and well done.

Will use again for roofing needs.

William and his partner came out to my residence to provide an estimate for a leak in the roof. Super nice guys and very attentive to detail. Went above and beyond what I expected. Thank you guys and I would hire you in a second for any future work!

I called all over to get quotes for a new roof and Multi Pro Roof Solutions gave me a quote that I was very happy with. I called Patrick and he set me up with Hayden. Hayden took care of everything. Hayden was very Professional and friendly. He was on site throughout the day. They striped the roof down to the wood and put everything back together. He even replaced some of the wood that was bad. Clean up was fantastic. When they were done you couldn't even tell they were there other than the new roof that also looked fantastic. As you can tell I was happy with Hayden his crew and Multi Pro Roof Solutions.

I recently had my roof replaced by Hardracker Roofing and I love it! Clyde was very easy to work with and gave me great service and a great price. His roofers were respectful of my dogs and property and cleaned up after themselves. I highly recommend this company! Great people to do business with!

Thanks to Ryan, James, Joe, Sam and Jairo for their reliability, honesty, and integrity. The roof was a challenge and was completed by the entire crew. Always on time, kept us informed, and worked through several of the hottest days. Our complements to the owners for choosing a qualified crew that worked together for a satisfied result.

I've had nothing but the best experience with Vertex Roofing from start to finish. I was interested in getting my house re-roofed with a metal roof so I submitted a request through Home Advisor as well as called several roofing companies in the area. Shortly after submitting a request, I got a friendly yet professional call from Vertex who helped answer questions and set up an appointment for an estimate. I was very impressed with Alex from Vertex who came out to walk the property and discuss the details of size/cost, etc. He gave a thorough presentation of the product and answered a ton of questions I had. I was highly impressed. After our initial appointment, I decided to have other roofing companies come provide their estimates for a comparison. I was quickly faced with impatience, unprofessionalism, and incorrect quotes/estimates from every other company that came out. After some time and thought, I decided to hire Vertex to take on the job. Alex helped work through some modifications to the initial contract and was always quick to respond to questions, etc. Fast forward 6 months to install time, I got to coordinate installation with Jim who was very responsive and informative. On the first day of install, I got to meet the foreman Robert and his crew who were super friendly and personable. I could immediately sense their level of professionalism and etiquette. They were careful to protect all of the equipment (AC unit, pool, deck, heater, etc.) prior to getting up on the roof. After delivering the roofing material, I noticed that the metal panels were not the agreed upon size on the contract agreement. I mentioned it to Robert and he immediately reached out to Jim. Jim personally called me to sincerely apologize for his error on ordering the wrong size panel.
I truly respected his honesty and his determination to make it right. He did everything he could and somehow worked his magic. He made some calls and was able to expedite delivery of the correct material the next day! The crew worked quickly but thoroughly. Each day I came home from work, Robert and the crew would give me brief updates and were happy to take a look at some problem areas such as a rotted fascia board I noticed. Robert took this on and made the repair promptly. When the job was complete, Robert gave me a quick tour up on the roof and chatted about maintenance advice, etc. The crew cleaned everything very thoroughly including any loose nails or screws that fell. Overall, I was highly impressed with Vertex and the beautiful new roof that I have. I highly recommend them and would definitely use them in the future!

We are very pleased with our job that Precision did for us. They were always prompt, courteous, helpful, and went the extra mile on anything we asked for. Their work was outstanding and their price was very reasonable. It is hard to find a contractor you can trust to do the right thing and be transparent about everything.
