My mother, Marge Wilson has used them for the last 15/20 years and she is thrilled with them. She is 86 and they treat her like a queen. If she has a problem, she has no problem getting a hold of them, and they come out quickly. She just recently called them, they came out, fixed the problem promptly and professionally. We had our roof replaced by Craig and his company last week. This is not something I took lightly. We're are literally talking about the roof over my family's head. I had several estimates and spent a lot of time taking to people who knew the industry. I chose Craig because he's local, runs a family business, and was willing to stand by his work. The price wasn't the cheapest we were quoted but also not the highest by a long shot. The job started on time and finished ahead of schedule. Craig's workers were professional and took time to clean up after themselves. We did have an issue with my AC unit blowing a fuse twice. You can tell a lot about a person how they handle adverse situations. We realized the AC was out after-hours. I reached out to Craig and he was all over it. The AC was up and running quickly and Craig took care of it. He was contrite and did whatever he needed to make sure it was fixed. That's good customer service. I recommend Craig and Brown Roofing to anyone looking for a new roof.

In the past, I used KyKo to replace the roof on our old home and make repairs on our current home. They did a great job. However, during the last monsoon storm we lost several shingles off our roof. I contacted Kyko twice and was told someone would come out in a day or 2, only to have a no-show each time. Conversations with them sounded like they were just not interested in small jobs, only big money projects. Helping homeowners prevent major damage by offering to do small repairs is what leads to big jobs later. This is where they failed. With more monsoon storms on the way, I gave up on KyKo. I called another roofer this morning and they came out the same day and repaired my roof. They will be getting my business in the future, not KyKo.

Our experience began with a professional and insightful follow-up for Lyons roofing to submit a proposal to do a complete repair of our 40 year-old clay tile roof over our main home and re-roofing of our flat patio roof. The proposal was thorough, carefully throughout, and fully discussed during the proposal visit and final acceptance visit.
The actual roofing job was done by an exceptionally gifted group of three experienced roofers, led by a job foreman who continually exhibited care, thought, and pride in doing the best job possible. This foreman communicated with us, the supervisor, and safety officer regularly, yet consistently exhibited leadership in doing the job properly and much better than the original roof that lasted 40 years with only minor leaks. We have never been more satisfied with a large, important job as this, constantly feeling that we certainly got more than than our money's worth and constantly were great full that we selected Lyons for this job. Plus, we continually were in awe of the roofers expertise and competency. Everything that we expected to be done was done, and even much better than expected. This roofing service company did a wonderful job in re-roofing the damaged areas of my house. They spared time for proper inspection and answered my various questions before getting on with the work. The team was thoroughly professional & always reached on time. The clean up done by them was also appreciated.

They came recommended by a neighbor, and did a great job, so when the quote was *lower* than two others I received (1 was 3x the price!) I pulled the trigger. A total roof replacement in only 2 days, and looks beautiful. I would use them again in a heartbeat.

Mikku and Sons recoated my flat roof. I was very pleased, but they weren't done. I was out of town a couple years later after some storms. They inspected my roof and found hail damage. They worked with insurance and were able to recoat with even better material.
They also recently repaired some damage to tile roof sections over porches on my home.
I think them the best flat roof coating company in the Phoenix area, among other roofing capabilities.

This was a Fantastic experience from start to finish. We had several roofing companies come out to give us estimates and tried to talk us into their more expensive products and time frames were 9-12 weeks. We got in touch with Castiler Roofing and spoke with Alex who pulled satellite as we were on the phone and was able to look at our patio roof and give me a real time quote on the phone. He let me know they could have this done in one day and that it would be a week out and he would call me. He followed up with pictures of a similar home/job they did and called me the day he said he would to tell me that his guys would be out the next day. Yonathan and his crew showed up, got their materials, and got everything done. They were unbelievably professional and explained what they were doing, made recommendations for what really needed to be done and worked the entire day getting everything done. It was a GREAT job, exactly what we needed, and the guys cleaned everything before they left. Alex and Yonathan were both very knowledgeable, professional, and did exactly what they said they were going to do. They really listened to what I was asking them for and delivered. The next day after working with Alex was amazing getting our roof inspection report and invoices. I would recommend this company hands down and plan on working with them in the future.

I hate getting home repairs done, so was REALLY not looking forward to replacing my roof. I am so thankful I selected Phoenix Roofing And Remodeling because Mike made the whole process seamless and easy. The team was so quick and did a great job! This place is weird field estimator very unprofessional come to the home sit in the car for a long time according to my neighbor and leave without ringing the door bell, out of the blue I get an estimate I thought these people are highway robbers I didnt get any estimate from them what so ever.. customers service is just as bad beware people

Canyon State Roofing did an excellent job replacing the underlayment on my tile roof. From the beginning, meeting with Jim to see which option of roofing material worked best for us, to working with his foreman, Miguel who began and completed the job, was a pleasant experience. They were professional and courteous. Jim explained our options and answered all of our questions. Miguel and his team cleaned up daily…….we never knew they had been at the house, except for the changes you could see on the roof. We were kept up to date with the process.
