Best Phoenix Roof Repair in Phoenix AZ

I had an 815 appointment. I got a call from the service provider at 815 that he would be late due to a meeting. He arrived by 830 and completed 2 minor tasks by 900, at which point he told me he had a 930 appointment that he didn't want to be late to. I had been told when I called to schedule service that $175 included 2 hours labor. I got 30 minutes labor for $175, not a good value for my money.

They put a new silicone roof containing on and saved me a lot of money. Thank you Desert Customs!

Joe answered all my questions prior to setting up our job, arrived on time, did the work in a clean and professional manner, and communicated every step of the way. In fact, he needed to return the next day to paint an exterior surface that he repaired and needed to dry, and he showed up on-time and I did not even need to remind him. True Story. I called the 1st time and asked. I have a question. Do you charge by the hour or job? Then the Handyman yelled at me and said i'm not interested. Do not call again and he hung up. So I called again and got voice mail.
